The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - midnight. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. The listed optional pool fee applies to guests age 13 and older. The pool fee for children ages 3-12 years old is KRW 8,000 per child. There is no pool fee for children age 2 and under. Parking for SUVs, RVs, large sedans, and electric vehicles is available only in the offsite parking lot for KRW 2000 per hour from 9 AM to 6 PM and no fee from 6 PM to 9 AM. Guests who park offsite can be reimbursed for parking fees up to KRW 5000 per day at the front desk with proof of payment.

this hotel is located at Seogwipo easy to reach by airport limousine bus. food and street shops around this hotel. the hotel staff are very friendly and can speak English. bedroom is very fresh and clean also close by short distance walking to Cheonjeyeon waterfall. we traveled by city bus from seogwipo-si (east) to jeju city (its west side) highly recommended this hotel to everyone who will travel to Jeju-do.
