Ramada Jeju City Hall

This property is full of mold and is a serious health hazard. I cannot recommend enough that you find another hotel, I had to abandon the hotel after 1 night when their attempt to cover up the smell with perfume failed. The elevator and halls were seriously musty and smelled significantly of mold but it wasn’t until we went down to the fitness centre that it became apparent how extensive the problem was. The air was so moldy that it was nearly impossible to breathe. Our room smelled a little musty but we figured it was a basement issue. We were wrong. When we woke up the next morning with itchy eyes, nasal congestion and difficulty breathing, I knew the mold was all around the hotel. The hotel likely aired out the room and I noticed a bizarre number of fragrance dispensers throughout the hotel, but those could not permanently cover up the unliveable situation. The room smelled so mildewed and moldy by morning that the carpet smelled like urine. The air conditioner in 924 (one half of the suite) also didn’t blow any cold air. I went down to the lobby and told the staff about the mold situation and they agreed to let me cancel the next 2 nights without charge and I spoke with the reservations team myself along with the front desk staff who agreed they would reach out to Expedia to approve the refund of the 2 nights and now they will not respond. Avoid at all costs.

Property is clean, and located quite near to cafes and eateries. There's a Uqilo near by.

Nice clean property with free parking available. There was a problem with the parking garage when we left next morning but after 40mins our car was brought out early by the parking attendant. Room was spacious and clean. Can't comment much about the area as we just stayed 1 night but it's close to the airport and restaurants

Room is smelly and very stuffy as they have heater on all the time. There was a construction right in front of the hotel and it was so noisy all night, amenities are very minimal

In the city of Jeju, it is very covenient when u have early flight from Jeju Airport

Very good price for a room of this quality.

They are not professional in many diffrent aspects. Need to improve things including the poor paid breakfast. I would definitely not stay at the hotel for my next Jeju trip.

Good sizeable room for 3 with comfortable bed. But not much facilities

Accessible and near to airport. Location is nearby to most of the tourist attractions.

Jeju is a beautiful island with lots to see and do. The Ramada is in a pretty good location.. not too far from the airport. The servers is great and the staff are wonderful.

Nice hotel close to City Hall. Near lots of bus routes. Not super convenient to tourist areas.

It is a good place for the price

The restaurant is very poor. I got sick from eating there. The place is maintained, but the place was noisy due to so many guests coming. The hotel check out time is 11AM which seems to be too early compared to other hotels nearby.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and well laid out. The staff at reception are very nice and very accommodating. I was afraid that it would be loud given the location, but it was not and very quiet. The location is excellent. Bustling Myeongdong is right outside the hotel door, and it’s very close to the subway. The coin laundry and lounge are very nice and convenient. We would definitely stay at 9 tree hotel again.

Breakfast was very poor to Arabian tourists

No frills apartment with basic rooms, good for a night's stay in Jeju city. It is walkable to several restaurants down the main road and valet parking was provided for free (just drive down to B1 of the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was plenty of eateries around within walking distance of 10minutes. Bus stop was located infront of hotela dn they provided valet parking for hotel guests. The valet gentleman's were very approachable and friendly.

The room was comfortable and amenities are very basic. The breakfast didn’t cater much to a vegetarian like me other than bread, boiled egg and fruits.
