Clean room and beddings, friendly staff. Daily housekeeping is a plus. Room kinda small and ceiling has about 20+ paint patches. 8 mins walk to subway, many restaurants nearby, convenient store is very nearby which is a plus to grab snacks and drinks.

The staff was very kind, friendly, and organized! The hotel was very clean with many commodities!! It was truly a wonderful experience and my friend and I loved staying here. It felt like home. I can’t wait to return to South Korea and stay here again!

Kind staff with acceptable condition room and amenities. Guro Digital Complex is an interesting district with mostly local vibes outside of the hotel. Tons of good restaurants and drinking holes. Close to subway line 2 that takes you to all hot spots. Recommend staying here. Chloe is the best.

The room was so warm I was sweating, couldn’t sleep. Stayed for 8 days and I was speaking to reception and they just kept on telling me that it is centralized. The temperature inside the room was 26.5 C (80 F). If you are thinking of staying in this hotel during this season, think again. They will not accommodate. Sometimes the A/C will start cooling for an hour or two and then stopped. Didn’t happen the last few days… the room felt stuffy and I started getting nausea from the heat. Never staying here again.

The place was a great stay. We did not have air condition the first week but it was never hot in the room. Did think it would be a little more spacious in the room but the bathroom is a great size. The staff were very helpful and would stay again.

This a must choice when you come to Seoul. If you really wanna enjoy high flat view, the hotel really offer you a real high flat view , no cheating . The price is fairly little bit high but it’s worth. Premium Korean and Western breakfast buffet. Fascinated interior design. High end equipment in room. Helpful, patient and good communication in English staffs. Zero complaint. Strongly recommended.

I stayed at Shilla Stay Guro for 10 days.(2/8-2/17). The flight was delayed due to an unexpected bad weather, so I arrived very late, but the staff had everything ready in advance for late check-in guests, so when I arrived, I didn't have to do anything and just went straight up to the room to relax. The size of the room was just right for two people to use, the cleaning condition was good, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. Also, I used the hotel breakfast several times during my stay, and the food condition and taste were excellent. If I travel next time, I would like to visit this place again.

I had a smooth experience as an international traveler at this hotel all things considered. Clean and well maintained room, great shower pressure, and a decent mattress. Staff was wonderful overall. Security is great, all rooms are on upper floors and require keycard access for the elevator to work. Just some things to note from an American traveler perspective: I had no control over the AC while I was there, so room ran a little hot. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom that I could find. Otherwise, great little room. And honestly a luxurious experience if those two things were fixed, though I am unsure if these are things offered in Korea as a whole or this is just my own expectation

Small but comfortable. Missing bed runner. Room slippers could be better quality. Breakfast was good , but getting full boiled egg difficult. Some cooked mushrooms and tomatoes would be good but mushroom risotto was delightful. We’re rushed if breakfast not finished at 10.00 staff could easily quarantine an area off for late rises
