Shilla stay Guro

Location is good. Close to public transportations. So many restaurants in the area. Food prices are much cheaper than the tourist areas.

The staff at the reception was kind and had great attitude. The room had some wall papers peeling off.

The only negative is the flooring.

The staff were very kind, informative, and helpful. The hotel was great value for money. On the other hand, the gym was very small and the air conditioner in the gym did not work sometimes. The carpet in the common area needs replacement. The management needs to renovate the hotel.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. If you need an umbrella or charger during your stay they offer these free of charge. The breakfast buffet had a lot of healthy & tasty options. Everyone was pleasant and super friendly. Will be staying here again on my future returns.

It was our second stay at Shilla Stay in Guro Digital Complex and it was overall a great experience. Not only were check-in flawless, but the overall helpfulness of the front desk staff were exceptional. We were given extra towels, water bottles at no extra cost, and were kindly guided for everything else. I very much appreciate the breakfast they serve here, as it's an excellent value, especially if paid for in advance. With the buffet-style options, the selections are vast and well-prepared. Beds were comfy and clean, and not an issue with them. If I had to complain, it's the fact that the plug in the bathroom was non-functional and the A/C wasn't as strong as it was on my first stay here (it was stuck around ~23.5C), but those are minor complaints for what was a great value overall. I would highly recommend a stay here, if you can find it for a good price.

I was a very comfortable room with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the shower. Everything was easy to use.The staff was incredibly friendly. I paid for breakfast included, and it was a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked staying here - and I was there for 2 full weeks. It's well maintained and the staff is very helpful. It is located 5 mins from Line 2 which was super convenient and there are many good stores/restaurants in the area. I had the breakfast add-on which I enjoyed; the options are a bit limited so it would be nice to get a bit of variety but overall it was a good experience!

Everything about my stay was perfect. The staff were kind and efficient, the buffet meals were delicious and elegant, and my room was kept impeccably clean every day. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. This experience has made me a loyal customer, and I will definitely check for Shilla Stay first whenever I plan future trips. The hotel was fantastic from the start. Extremely close to the subway station, amazingly kind staff that went above and beyond, and very clean and spacious room as expected. The check-in was done by Chloe who was probably one of the nicest staff member I've ever encountered. She answered all my questions without hesitation despite there being a lot of them and the late hours I was checking-in at. The amenities were adequate and the breakfast was a steal. For 16,100 Won (~$15 CAD), the buffet was beyond anything I could've imagined. For the cleanliness, it was totally up to my high standards and considering everything, I would stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room it’s to small

Clean room, great service, good breakfast, and good location. Nothing to complain
