Convenient to travel, simple breakfast which include bread, jam and margarine and coffee/tea and juice, laundry services can be puchased

Hostel is clean & within a good location at Seogwipo. Close to many bus stops. Hostel manager is very friendly and helpful. Met many nice people at the hostel. Will definitely come back again!

I enjoyed my time at this location. It was walking distance to a traditional night market and Seogwipo waterfalls. It is a great location. They were very kind and helpful.

I was the one wrote the previous review and I’m writing it again since I came back to Jeju and decided to stay at the same place. It was just like it was during my first stay. Nice, clean, friendly, cozy and very welcoming. I strongly advise you to take into consideration any suggestions that the hosts of guesthouse give you. I visited all the recommended places and never regretted it. The hosts on some nights (out of goodness their hearts) let me taste some sweet goodies from Taiwan and they were delicious! I believe it was my last night, I got a chance to taste raw fish and a bowl of pasta. It was also scrumptious! I already miss my spot outside on the terrace with a cup of coffee and a book. I had such a great time and I’m already planning my return to the island. Without a doubt, I will be staying in the best guesthouse - Slow City!

I don’t even know what to begin with. The owners are super nice people. The wife can speak English fluently. She was the one who went to the bus stop to meet me since she knew I had some troubles to locate the guesthouse. She immediately grabbed my luggage trying to help me which was very nice of her. Secondly, I wasn’t supposed to get checked in for the next a couple of hours but they let me do it earlier. The wife (I’m sorry I forgot her name) helped download KakaoMap and guided me on how to use it. All of that was done when she was supposed to clean the place. But she literally dropped what she was doing to help me get settled. The place itself is super super clean!!! All towels and bedding will blind you. Breakfast was very nice and I enjoyed having it and free coffee throughout a day on the terrace breathing fresh air and getting all soaked in in Jeju atmosphere. Trust me you won’t find a better place than Slow City. My mistake I stayed a couple of nights in one of the guesthouses by the airport and it was a disaster. Absolutely no comparison!! Don’t do it! I’m planning to come back in a few weeks and I will be staying in Slow City again! Bus 182 will take you straight to the hotel or whatever goes to Old Bus Terminal.

The Best Hostel I've ever stay !!!

Had a splendid time at this hostel! This place is run by a wonderful lady and her husband. All the staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is provided (bread, butter, jam, cereal, and egg) otherwise you can cook your own meal at the kitchen. Free coffee throughout the day. Our room (2 adults) is a bit small, but i think it’s good enough for the price. They provide laundry service at 3000krw per usage. This place is very close to multiple bus stops so it was pretty convenient as we travelled by bus. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent location - central and easily accessible to many attractions as well as the Olle trails. You can opt to walk to the attractions or take public transport. The boss and staff of the hostel are very helpful and friendly. They upgraded me to a single room even though I booked a bunk bed. I really enjoyed my stay and I’ll be back again. 즐거움 시간을 보내셨어요. 정말 고맙습니다. 다음에 도 놀러올게요!

Amazing and accommodating staffs. Can converse in English, so not having issues communicating with them. Place feels like Home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I met new friends too😊

The room is comfortable and toiletries are complete. The reception is not available at times.

Amazing little hostel, rooms are small, but the place is fully equipped for self catering. Owner/manager is really sweet and helpful even though he doesn’t speak much English. Only downside is the mattresses are a bit thin and uncomfortable - but we stayed 6 nights regardless! Few minutes walk to main bus stop, and plenty of places to eat nearby.

After backpacking in over 30 countries, Slow Citi Hostel in Seogwipo is one of the top accommodation places that I like most. I've stayed there during last December, & this April . Bus 281 or 20,b 85 mins from airport, alight at Arang Joeul Food Street After alighting, cross the road, 3 mins walk from bus stop.The hostel had a clean & comfortable environment . Simple breakfast was provided. The hostel's boss, Mr Park & staff was very friendly, answered any queries I had. Communicating in English was not a problem with the staff. The common & pravite toilets were spacious. There were also free laundry service, 3000 Won for dryer. Usage of the washing machine was also prohibited after 9pm to avoid disturbing other guests.Lights-out was at 11pm, as there were previously some complaints of guests making too much noise. Parking-wise, there were white boxes near the hostel which provided free parking from 6pm-9am.Nearby the hostel, there were many delicious F&B options. These can be viewed easily in a booklet that volunteers have made for hostel guests. Olle market was a 5-min walk away. Bridge , waterfall, & some Olle paths suitable for nature lovers, were all within walkable distance. The hostel provide one-day tours from 9am - 6 pm to the East or West regions for guests. During my stay there, I met many tourists from Malaysia, Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan & Europe.

남자 기숙사에 묵고 싶은 여자 기숙사를 예약해은데요, 하지만 매니저는 공짜로 저는 위해 바꿔서. 친절한 사람~^ ^ 매우 펼리하고 깨끗한, 가까운 매일 사장과 음식 거리. 다음에 도 슬로시티 가요~~ I make an mistake to book the wrong room but the manager still change for me without charge. Room is clean, breakfast is good

싱글룸 호스텔인데 화장실까지 딸려있었음 청결했었음 에어컨도 청소를 하셨는지 냄새 안났음 에어컨 성능이 좋아서 25도쯤으로 맞춰놨는데도 추워서 이불덮고 지냈음

They serve free mandarin orange on winter season. Sweet and fresh. This guesthouse location is Seogwipo City Center. Easy to get a lot of public transportation. Also many Olle attractions point are only by walking distance. New Olle Trail also pass by this guesthouse. There are public kitchen serve free breakfast. Coffee and WiFi is if free for all. Laundry and shoe’s drier also ready for guest. Very clean and tidy interior, warm feeling. Friendly staff. Well be back.
