Loved the place, ultra modern facilities in a neat and very clean package.
Felt very safe as reception person very friendly and very attentive.

Clean rooms in a very convenient area between 2 stations. Easy to get to busan tower and has good food options close to the hotel. Only thing to note is that some items are a little outdated and looks like they may need to do a minor overall touch up in the rooms. The mattress and pillow type for this hotel is firm which I enjoy

Great place to stay. Pretty close to everything, even though the “fun” part of Busan is mostly in Haeundae. That being said, you can walk from the hotel to BIFF and the night market which is great.
A lot of restaurants and bars around but very quiet.

This was a beautiful surprise. A great price, a lovely room, wonderful service desk. Kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and allowed me to stay in the room even though there was a little confusion after I booked an extra night. This was a lovely experience!

Comfort and walking distance to shopping mall area.Restaurants and convenience store can be found nearby.Everything was fine except for the lights in the room, no white light,only yellow dim light which inconvinience to do make up and no sunlight entering from the small window.

Hotel managed to accommodate my request. Coffee (not Starbucks as mentioned in some of the review) was served 24 hours. Need to travel uphill but still convenient to nearby attractions and Nampo subway. Room was pretty small and hard to open 2 luggages and toilet bowl will be wet after shower. No cabinet and only 2-3 hangers provided which I guess quite common for Busan hotel. Dust fell down for the first time when I turned on the aircon and dirtied the bedsheet, hotel was prompt to change it. Basic toiletries and slippers (not disposable) provided.

Good location and very easy to get around. Room was cosy and I had no issues. Staff were helpful and even called a spa for me on my behalf as I can't speak Korean. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

It was a pleasant stay. The amenities surprised us. The soft drinks in the fridge was included in the price and there are good quality coffee at the lobby as well.

Everything was good except they do not have bath towels. They have 4 face towels which is good but it would be helpful if they had larger towels for body. Liked the fact that they have computers in the room.

Great friendly service in a convenient location, just a 15min walk to the local markets. Modern and well-stocked rooms with even a PC in the room for use! Loved our short 2 night stay. Only thing to note, very hard mattress and only the little hand-towels as bathtowels.
Would definitely stay again, recommended!

This hotel is underrated, the check in is fast, easy and the lobby staff (aunty) is very nice. The room is clean and pretty, there is a computer and a big screen tv. The beverages in the fridge is FIX. The toilet is clean, pretty and nice. The shower is awesome as the water pressure is big enough, so it is very comfortable during bath. The hotel is worth to stay with this price!

Everything was great about this hotel except that it's a bit hard to locate and they dont have big towels.

This hotel is flight of stairs away from Busan Tower, and a street away from the bustling shopping area!! Room is small, but comfortable enough. Toilet is spacious with a bathtub. The sink is a little too low though. No large bath towels available, only 4 medium sized hand towels are provided (we brought our own bath towels so it's cool). No closet, only 2 hooks & 2 hangers (hotel shld improve on this). The beds are very hard though!! But we didn't have backache after sleeping 4 nights so it's fine. TV was huge and free snacks/drinks + computer provided. Small carpark available as well for those renting cars. Overall it'll be a great stay for non-fussy guests.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Everything was provided. Less than 1 min walk to Busan Tower, less than 15 mins walk to BIFF. The only down side is facial towels were provided as bath towels. If they could provide bigger towels it will be perfect !
