Our stay at this hotel was a disappointing one. This was mostly to do with a group of people who apparently book this hotel annually for their own use. This pretty much involves them taking over the entire hotel with their own requirements. We were not informed once about this and the implications it would have on our holiday. The noise from the group was constant which meant you couldn’t sleep at night, or sleep in late. The worst night was our last night when our airport transfer was due to pick us up at 03:30, we tried to have an early night but this group had their own private DJ set, plus fireworks, and a live band. When I asked the hotel reception what time it was due to finish I was told midnight - 03:00. Apparently there was nothing they could do about it. I have never been more exhausted from a holiday before and couldn’t wait to get home. If the hotel want to accommodate this type of group then they should close the hotel to other guests as this is extremely unfair to those looking for a relaxing break.

A two day stay whilst we travelled this area. Receptionist was extremely helpful as we had left our passports in other hotel safe she contacted our Hotel where they in turn were able to provide our details. Very helpful. Hotel spacious & clean, breakfast ample, evening meal mainly Spanish but varied. Entertainment Flamenco dancing, etc. Only down side about hotel is the extra charges. Car parking: €10 per day. Fees for : fridge & safe may apply in certain rooms, check before.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Airy rooms, balcony and great housekeeping. Staff very professional and nothing was too much trouble. My wifi wasn't working and I took my tablet down to reception where it was very quickly reinstated by a staff member. Food was excellent with a very large choice for breakfast. Juice, cereal, pastries, yoghurts, fruit - fresh and dried. Grilled bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns, eggs - boiled, scrambled, fried, omelette made to order....Dinner was the same with salads, fish, meats too numerous to name. An amazing range catering for all tastes. There is a spa and the swimming pool is pretty, I didn't use it so cant comment further. All in all, we had a lovely stay there and would certainly go back.

Room was clean and comfortable, nice view of pool, but rather noisy in evening as we face the entertainment area by the pool.We could watch the shows from our balcony. If you want a quiet room ask for rooms facing the car park or facing the back. Food was very good for an all inclusive hotel.However, I would not rate this as 4 star, as many things you expect to be included in a 4 star they charge you on top bit like a budget airline. E.g safe 3 EUR a day, gym 10 EUR a day, fridge 3 EUR a day, spa 10 EUR, wifi 3.5 EUR, etc.

Unfortunately when we arrived they did not have a record to show that I had paid when I booked on expedia. They therefore handed me an invoice and insisted that I pay. Fortunately, I was able to show them an email showing that I paid in FULL. Other than that I found the staff friendly. My room was overlooking the pool but just above the kitchen so I heard all the setting up of tables early in the morning. Nothing that earplugs didn't sort.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Al llegar hacemos check-in y nos dicen que tenemos que esperar un momento porque no encuentran nuestra reserva cosa que es mentira porque hablé por mail con la jefa de reservas y todo estaba ok y reservado, después de tenernos 3 horas esperando en la recepción del hotel con dos niños uno de ellos un bebé tengo que ir a decirles que me den la hoja de reclamaciones porque lo que nos están haciendo no es normal y ningún empleado me da la hoja así que siguen sin hacerme caso y tras tres horas y media de espera nos dan las habitaciones sin darnos explicación de porque nos han tenido tres horas y media esperando en la recepcion con niños y sin poder comer. Muy mala atención y peor organización. Para colmo dejan entrar a todos los extranjeros sin mascarilla en interiores y paseandose por todo el hotel sin decirles que aún es obligatorio llevarla en interiores en España y poniendo en riesgo a todos los que estamos en el hotel.

Hôtel très agréable qui a dû être très classe et chic dans les années 90 ; il ne fait plus très actuel mais reste très sympa ; belle rénovation des chambres même si elles ne le sont pas totalement ; espaces extérieurs/piscine au top ! Tout comme la literie et le petit déjeuner ( repas non testés), bravo ! Juste : pour un 4 etoiles le fauteuil en plastique dans la chambre et le rideau dans la baignoire c’est juste pas possible !!!
