Excellent Value for money, Great Food & Drinks, Good Entertainment, Lovely Location. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Everything was great for a 3 star. Drinks choices were as you'd expect (a limited list of 4-5 cocktails) as well as the usual beers, spirits and mixers. Bar staff were generous with their measures. Food, whilst not fine dining, there was always a good selection and they tried to mix things up a bit at least. Snack bar was kept topped up all day with burgers, hot dogs, chips, nuggets.etc too. The room was always cleaned to a good standard throughout our stay. Water pressure was decent with the shower and having a bath was a nice touch too. Room was well furnished, including outdoor further on the balcony. In terms of other guests and atmosphere, whilst family friendly, we didn't feel too out of place as an adult couple in our 20s/30s. Hotel attracted a mix of nationalities but the majority was an even split between English and polish guests. Entertainment was presented in English among other languages and there was a show every night. Staff in the hotel were always delightful to interact with and were so attentive, bar staff were also a good laugh and whilst the drinks did flow, they weren't scared to tell people when it was time to call it a night.

Personnel très sympathique et réactif. Chambre très standard et vieillissante, mais les parties communes sont très bien (self, grand salon, accueil, terrasse). L'établissement dispose de 3 ascenseurs, très appréciable. De nombreux transats en extérieur. Un dîner à thème tous les soirs ainsi que des animations en journée et chaque soir. Chambres non insonorisées qui ne permet pas de se reposer. Établissement bruyant mais c'est légitime vu la capacité d'accueil. Self service avec petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner excellents ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts !

Lovely 5 night stay! Only issues we had were other guests screaming up and down the corridors at 3am steaming drunk, the walls are paper thin! Not that others behaviours are the hotels fault of course. Plenty of food and drink variations; we hired a car and glad we did as others talked of long transfer times etc! But enjoyed our stay /)

Overall everything was excellent except cleanliness. Our room was dirty.

Great Food for a 3 star

Overall a really lovely relaxing stay the hotel was clean the food was lovely main course varied daily Down side some food was served cold Drinks served from bar area which was efficient only suggestion would be to move the coffee machine to self service like the coke and water machines this would help to keep the q for drinks down plenty of room and sunloungers in the grounds and lots of entertainment going on The biggest problem we had was the doors to the balcony we were there during bad weather which is out of the control of the hotel I know but the door made a horrific banging noise all night which stopped us getting any form of sleep the night before we travelled back it must of been like it for a while because when looking someone previously tried stopping it with tissue paper shoved in the gaps Other than that the rooms were ok for what we needed Overall a very good relaxing holiday

The property was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool.

As we visited the hotel few years ago we expected some standards, unfortunately they were downgraded from 4 to 3 stars and we could see huge difference between years :( food was fine but would not say good, for someone staying 2 weeks it was boring and quality was rubbish, quese to dinner some times were horrendous so at drink bar . Pool is definitely too small for amount of people hotel has!!! The entertainment was good, and activities during the day were good, always something happening and staff were fantastic. But if you have a child 12 or older but not grown up yet- there is not much to do for them rather than table tennis or snooker. Staff at the hotel are great, always helpful and hotel is clean. The hotel used to be as complex with 2 neighbours hotels (they the same company Melia hotels) and other 2 are really great! Few years back we could use facilities and eat there too as all three hotels had 4 stars. Views are amazing around and you have short walk to small lovely beach with sun loungers and bar and a little bit longer walk (path is on the cliff so you can admire incredible views on your way) you have two bigger beaches! If we knew the situation we could definitely choose one of other 2 4Stars hotels!

The Staff were friendly and attentive and always on habd to assist you. The selection of food was fantastic something for everybody. The pool was small for the size of the hotel, hard to get space to swim around.

The parking was not enough and the cleaning by the snack corner can bette. Must clean better. In the lobby was to hot and the lobby toilet must be clean frequenter.

Good value hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good with lots of choice. Busy lively pool area, not sure I'd want to stay in school holidays! Entertainment team work very hard. Long transfer from airport.

the hotel is clean but dated. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is great a very wide selection even for the most fussiest eater breakfast from 730am, then morning tea, then lunch, then afternoon tea, then dinner, then supper there is always something to eat (not always a good thing when your watching your weight) drinks available from about 10am, they should have the water in the fridge for everyone to access instead of going to the waiters in the restaurant at breakfast. There is only a small kids pool and one large pool when busy there is not enough pool space they need another pool especially for those who do not want to participate in the activities, there is also a kids club, beach is very near by but not good for those with walking difficulties. One downfall not enough shade in the outdoor dining and pool area and grass areas overall a very good holiday, however from end of July was getting very busy so those without kids go before the school holidays begin to avoid the busyness.

Un endroit vraiment appréciable avec un personnel vraiment au top rien à redire dans l’ensemble un endroit à recommander vraiment un agréable séjour

Die Zimmer sind mäßig sauber und bräuchten eine Renovierung. Die Teller am Buffett waren häufig schmutzig. Wenn man darüber hinwegsehen kann, hat man im Aluasun einen tollen Aufenthalt! Meine Kinder und ich hatten auf jeden Fall eine tolle Zeit!

Saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal. Essen ist in Ordnung.

Kein Grund für Beanstandungen. Wenn man etwas zu bemängeln hätte, dann auf hohem Niveau. Die Dusche am Pool war defekt, da der Pool immer sehr voll war, hätte die Dusche zur Abkühlung beigetragen und die Leitern zum Pool zu wackelig.
