Fantastic service and easy quick check in- the staff here is top notch! Views from the property were great; it’s basically half way between Morgan Mall and it’s amenities and playa de Puerto Rico which was super convenient. Stayed for four days. Only downside was there are no English language channels on the TV- so take a chromecast or fire stick if you need to stream anything on vacation.

A lot better than expected for the cost. Big hill down to the commercial centre but that’s the nature of this resort. Very quiet and no sunbed wars

The Montesol Apartments are good and we have no real issue with the property itself. The one thing that did take from our holiday experience was the noise level from the nightclub in the shopping centre.....7 nights a week and it goes until about 4:00am every night. It was like trying to sleep with a banjaxed washing machine on the go. Again, this issue is not exclusive to the Montesol Apartments but the whole area around the shopping centre.

Our shower head had come off the wall, we asked for it to be fixed but it did not happen. The shower head needed to be replaced as the metal had come away around the sides and top and as we couldn’t place on the wall we had to hold in our hands, caused scratches to our body. Beds were like camp beds and one was rotten which completely caved in when lying down, had to be replaced. We only had 2 sets of towels all week No reception, was always closed when we needed something. We had to leave the key on the side when checking out as it was not manned. Sunbeds outside need updating as most didn’t have the brackets working to change the position of the beds. The apartment itself was lovely, nice fridge and kitchen, balcony overlooking the pool. We felt safe due to the locked gate and the keys worked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would not look to stay here again due the reasons explained above.

The Montesol apartments was everything we hoped it would be. It was lovely and quiet, you could get a bed around the pool without any problem. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms have been refurbished and are very clean. We will return again.

the building is modern, clean, and airy. the apartment is spacious for our two day stay, fridge working well, cooking area reasonable , lounge pretty spacious with excellant views across valley, bath a little small to sit in but shower excellant, and bedroom fairly large with fitted wardrobes. Pool looked inviting and well used . Reception staff very helpful and attentative. Downside , very steep incline on valley and loads of steps on climb back, otherwise a 2.5 euro taxi ride back

Hyggelig personale. Resepsjon tidvis åpen. Rommene var bra og o.k.renhold. Pluss for dyner. Det som trekker ned er stoler på altanen, sofa/ ekstraseng i stua, burde vært en stol i tillegg og senger og kleskap på soverommet. Alt det som en nevnt over av interiør bør bytted ut.

Great little hotel in a quiet area.Staff are friendly and everything is clean.Rooms are well equipped.Reception is only open in the morning and if you have mobility issues this is not a good choice as you need to use steps to get in and lots of steps to the centre
