Im Badmülleimer waren noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter. Badezimmer stank. Die Press-Spanmöbel sind aufgequollen, abgekatscht und bergen Verletzungspotential. Stockbetten noch nicht mal 2 Mtr. lang, die Schlafcouch kaputt und eine Zumutung. Schubladengriffe in der Küche klebrig, Spülunterschrank kaputt, Türen hängen, Scharniere ausgebrochen. Wasserkran in der Spüle so hoch, dass alles spritzt. Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Holzgriffe der Frühstücksmesser waren feucht und das Holz roch schimmelig. Ein Abtrockentuch fehlte. Das Appartement ist abgerockt und sein Geld nicht wert.

Buenos días, Actuando en representación de nuestro cliente Andrés de Alba, les comunicamos que después de revisar toda la documentación que nos aporta y los datos facilitados a nuestro parecer no vemos coherente la compensación que ustedes le hacen, según pruebas presentadas por nuestro cliente sobre la reserva hecha con ustedes en el sitio web www.hoteles.com del cual el es miembro desde hace más de 15 años. N.º de miembro: 37730935 DATOS: Nº Itinerario: 72753407551223 / pagado con visa acabado en 4966/ 2 noches apartamentos Voramar 3000 desde entrada día 09 febrero y salida día 11 de febrero. -Nos aportan fotografías inmueble y apartamento con obras, polvo y suciedad, y medidor temperatura del inmueble que no disponía de calefacción. -Pantallazos con conversación con su chat indicando que tiene hecha reserva con un menor (su hijo) y no se puede calentar el apartamento, que se llama repetidas veces al teléfono urgencias del apartamento al efecto y no contesta, en su chat también ustedes admiten que han llamado y no se lo cogen tampoco. -Informe médico del menor de haber acudido con insuficiencia respiratoria al ambulatorio/hospital -Registro llamadas al servicio 24h del apartamento sin contestación. -Mensajes WhatsApp indicando dejaban el apartamento el mismo día 9 de febrero sin hacer uso y pidiendo la cancelación tanto a hoteles.com como a apartamentos Voramar 3000 -Confirmación de haber dejado las llaves en el locker al efecto el mismo día 9 de febrero.

En estancias de fin de semana, es muy estresante abandonar el apartamento antes de las 10. Si el sábado por la noche as sido, es un palo. Lo normal sería a las 12.
