All is good

Loved my stay. Great place. So close to the bus station and many restaurants and bars. Was worried it would be noisy because it was close to the stadium but it was quiet and peaceful.

Stayed here for the Barcelona v. Athletic Club match in May ‘25. Also explored the city and sent to Guggenheim. The place was clean, quiet, and nice. Our room was a three single bed set up.. The rooms are very small with no desk or sitting area… Almost like a hostel. Shower was tiny too, but ample hot water. Dennis was great at check in.

Excellent service polite helpful staff cleaning services superb brilliantly located for the football stadium no restaurant or food but plenty of restaurants and cafes near by

Enjoyed location (close to bus station and walkable to main attractions), clear instruction & good communication, ease of check in and locker facilities as well as other transport options. Didn’t enjoy nocturnal activity noise from adjacent room and doors slamming closed - would be beneficial to change room door lock system. Bed could also do with an upgrade /replacement. Springs were completely gone on one side which granted made it easy to roll out of bed! Trickier to stay in it though! Overall small but pleasant room with friendly, very helpful staff.

Great location for my needs. Simple but all that I needed. Only downside was lack of desk person in the morning but not a big deal. Only a problem if the airline lost your luggage and wants to drop it off in the morning😁.

Great access to bus station, and bus to airport. Very friendly, dark and quiet for sleeping, little extras in the room.

The place was okay. Check in was fine and relatively quick. I got a single room with a twin bed in it. Room was very small, but I knew that going into it. The bed was not comfortable though, felt like a cheap mattress. Additionally, the bathroom had a strong pungent smell similar to a sewage smell. That smell was coming from the sink faucet and toilet water. The room is fine for a stop over night, but not for multiple. Staff was friendly.

Apart from a slight hiccup on our arrival, everything was superb with our stay here. Great size rooms with fantastic access to either buses, metro or trams easily under 5 minutes walk away. Really happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend. As they mention no food options in house but plenty in the vicinity

Lovely hotel right by the San Mames stadium. Easy to leave luggage before check-in (opens at 2pm), and after check out (until 11pm). Clean room, comfy bed. Surrounded by loads of cafes and restaurants on nearby street. Pleasant walk to the old town but about 25mins away so wouldn't appeal to some people.

Altho the hotel is on the 2nd fl of the building (one above the ground floor) and doesn't open until 2pm for check-in, they have a locker area to secure luggage upon arrival, it's convenient. Front door and elevator have codes provided one day prior to arrival with detailed info. Front desk staff (Jessica) was excellent and helpful, fluent in English and extremely kind. We apprec your help Jessica! room is not big but very clean, water pressure excellent. Soap/basic coffee & tea, towels all great. Area next to a subway stn, stadium and 20 mins walk fr Guggenheim Museum, great location. Will definitely return!

Perfect location as we was travelling to San Sebastián the next day via the coach, the station was less then a 5 minute walk to the bus depot. Reception team were great and friendly and local information at hand.

Everything was great. The single room had fridge and even iron. Every day they leave you courtesy biscuits and water. The location is good the metro is one block away and the historical center is about 20 minutes walking.
