Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location right beside a Metro line that is ideal for travelling around the city and airport transfer bus stops. Room was stylish and comfortable and I would book again for a longer stay.

We were given a room directly under the gym and woken at 6:19am by someone doing treadmill intervals. We were refunded 50% of that night’s stay, but you don’t get half a good night’s sleep—you get a full bad night. This room should not be available to guests. Very disappointing for what was meant to be a special trip to Barcelona. We were moved for the second night but can't recommend on the basis for our first night's stay.

The room has no air condition as it only runs heating. It should be both coz people have different perspective on temperature. The room was warm and let the windows open but it could be better with the air condition. The pool was closed??? Why because its winter, it could also be a good idea to open it coz sime people would love to swim even on winter time. Staffs are great. Thank you

Stayed two nights in February 2026 (Room 544, city view). The room's climate control was locked to heating only with no option to cool or neutralize the temperature. The room was excessively hot both nights. Reception was responsive when contacted but the solutions offered were inadequate: opening the window (facing a busy street, so not viable) or relocating to a different room at 1 AM (not reasonable). We stayed in the overheated room for both nights. At this price point and star category, functioning climate control should be a given. The issue was a building infrastructure limitation, not a one-off malfunction, which means other guests in similar rooms may face the same problem during warmer days.

Upon entering there is no warm welcome. Bellmen around but unbothered. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff are not friendly. By 3pm credit card was charged mutltiple times. Ax does not work, you must open window to get cool air. Poor communication between staff and guests. Restaurant room service staff do not know menu and what comes included in the food. Sink doesnnot run water properly. Bathroom smells like sewage all the time. There is homeless people outaide property asking for money and cigarretes. This hotel did not satisfy my needs of safety, welcoming or appreciation. Not clear information in given on their website about their amenities such as cold ac.
