I liked my room and location of my room as well, but my friends who stayed with me in their rooms was struggling more, because theire Ac wasn't working all 7 days and every morning at 8 am there was construction works start working. But my experience was good overall

I and my boyfriend had amazing one week in this hotel. Room was with gorgeous view for mountains and green area. Breakfast and dinner made us more than satisfied: a lot of different meals and deserts. Also want say thanks for tasty juice and nice coffe (for free). Another big thanks for reception job! One woman (I don’t remember her name) was very helpful and welcoming.

Excellent hotel, really nice pool area and well monitored by the guards. Comfy sun beds and plenty of them. Had breakfast there and it was really nice with lots of choice and a great egg bar. Good area for exploring los Cristianos, las americas and adeje if like us, you enjoy a stroll.

When we arrived the room allocated was extremely poor. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor brown grout. Bathroom was disgusting. Staff were brilliant and moved us into a premium room wirh sea view.Breakfast was very good plenty choice. Stay away from a standard room.

Reception staff were nice and approachable. The room was a refurbished room and good for a couple. Going on to the bad stuff. We had a headset stolen from our room, The room was not serviced for the entire stay we had to keep asking for fresh towels and not always getting them. The key to enter the room kept playing up having to go to reception at 1am to reactivate the Card

Staff excellent.Hotel good and bad.1st night placed in a room the road side of the hotel.Horrific if you are a light sleeper.Asked to change to a quieter side of the hotel and eventually got one overlooking the pool.No problem with sound there.Location pretty central but on top of a hill.If you don’t mind walking not a problem.

I liked the breakfast. I wanted to check out the buffet for dinner before paying for it but wasn't allowed to, so i didnt have dinner there. It would've been nice if they did let me check. My room was spacious but they gave me the one with no view (just looking at dirty solar panels from balcony ) All the others around mine had a view, so was a bit gutted there. I was only there for 2 nights so didnt mind it too much, but a view of the pool etc would've been good.
