All good enjoyed the stay

Lovely place, near the beach, marina, port , bus stop. Really enjoyed it

Will definitely be back. The pools were lovely and sun loungers plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and staff couldn’t be nicer. It’s about 10 minute walk to the waterfront. The only downside is the extra charges for the tv and AC. Also there’s not much nighttime entertainment. It’s in a basement bar and there’s no real proper bar

The Location is placed very near to all amenities although if you didn’t know the area, it would not instantly seem so and you have to walk around the perimeter of the complex to get to the main street as there is no gate cut-through. For expediency I have bullet pointed the positives and the negatives and score at the end. Negatives; • No Washing machine. • Very basic cooking facilities i.e. Microwave & Electric Hob. • No broom or dustpan and brush or pegs to hang washing. • No iron without payment. • No water in fridge or any complimentary coffee/tea on arrival in apartment. • No pool towels, additional door key for each occupier, Room Safe access, Air con/ TV remote without payment or deposit and must be in cash. • TV is basic and had cobwebs behind. Unable to plug i.e. a fire stick in as only one socket for the TV. • Poor or no night entertainment. • No communal feel around bar area. • Towels not all changed. Positives; • Has three pools & play areas for kids if you have them. • Has a little shop in complex for fresh bread, milk, drinks and the other basics. • Reception open 24/7 • Astro turf 5- a- side Football pitch and Tennis court. • Gym/Indoor Pool & Sauna although not really used by anyone while we were there. • New Aldi supermarket about 10 minute walks away. • Comfortable apartment for short stay only. Air con in bedroom only. • Comfortable beds. Compare to other surrounding apartments we have stayed in before in this area, it’s quite poor. 6/10

Great hotel to stay in. Just a short walk to the beach, shops. & bars.

Lovely hotel. Pools were great, food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Amazing stay

Would recommend Caybeach to families and couples - apartments clean and spacious and 4 pools for adults and children. Good location- 10 mins from beach

Based on the price paid, it was a good experience but rooms need to be updated and require some maintenance. It has a great pool bar, morning shift receptionist (i think her name was Eli) is very friendly, helpful, solution solver and gives you a lot of recommendations. Good location, walking distance from playa Blanca beach. Maintenance required: Outside door lock - broken. mini fridge thermostat - freezes the food (even in minimum temp). Increase maintenance supervision and/or standards.

The apartments are well laid out for privacy. The apartment was very light and spacious. It was clean. It was a little on the 'tired' side. The pool area is lovely. It doesn't have a great outlook but is very conveniently placed to walk to many places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided plenty of choice and was generous as buffet style.

Caybeach will be ideal for couples with young children. You pay for what you get. Staff very nice especially the Irish lad on reception at night. Little shop was very useful. The bar at night was very poor. A bar with no white wine come on. Definitely needs to update the furniture in there as well.

The grounds were lovely. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We used the indoor pool which was nice but needed a little maintenance here and there. Overall a good experience apart from noisy neighbours.

Had a lovely week at Caybeach Sun, a good location away from the main part of town but within easy walking distance of the beach, bars and resturants. Well laid out, basic accommodation (but had everything you needed) it was a bit tired looking BUT excellent value for money. The staff were always friendly and the "supermarket" on site was very useful. They did charge a "deposit" a couple of euros for an extra key, TV remote, safe and air conditioning - we didn't bother as it wasn't necessary.

Caybeach Sun was excellent in every way. Only problem was noise at night from a property across the road

Caybeach so lovely and easy to find Staff at reception Mr Andres very helpful and accommodating. He always have smile in his face and very approachable Me and my friends enjoyed our stay Two outdoor swimming pool, very clean and had loads of sun bed to use anytime We also loved the indoor heated pool and the sauna, thou the steam and Jacuzzi is out of order otherwise everything is good in this place Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of choice and the staff are very friendly special mention to Tomie… he was amazing. Thank you guys for the early breakfast before our flight.

Our economy room was clean and had a great shower at the start of our stay with lots of hot water but for some unknown reason the shower become almost cold by the end of the week. Even though we had superb weather we still like a warm shower. Our room was basic but good enough for what we wanted as out most of the time. Would stay here again if on a budget. One of the rooms overlooking the pool would have been a nicer location i think.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the whole a very nice hotel just needed a bit of a refurbishment. I would stay there again.

We spent a week in Sep 2024, in a nutshell it was lovely. Service was great, especially Townie (apologies if misspelled), responsible for breakfast most mornings during our stay. He was great and the breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, excellent value for money (6eur per person if you book for 3+ days). Thanks for everything Caybeach Sun team!

This was such a gem for a fantastic business stay! It’s tucked away in a quieter spot but easy 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle, restaurants, beach, groceries, etc. Had a great view of the pool on a large terrace, spotlessly clean and well appointed kitchen to make meals, and really comfortable space to open the patio doors for breeze that you didn’t need to turn on air conditioning. There was also buffet breakfast but I opted to make meals which was convenient with the on-site market which had competitive prices to the in-town shops. Next time would love to use all 3 pools, tennis court, and check out the happy hour. Also, really lovely staff who were always smiling and helpful.
