The location is AMAZING couldn’t get better . Shops, bars & restaurants just out of the door. Lovely up to date interior. 3 terraces & a communal rooftop pool. Within 10 mins to Giralda. Excellent

Perfect location. Beautiful apt. Newly remodeled. Heater did not work in living area. Bed was great. People running apartment were very nice and always available by text or email.

The location of this property was superb. The decor has a modern finish. The check in was great. The kitchen is well catered. First impressions are very good. However we wouldn’t stay here again. There is very little soundproofing in the apartment block. It’s in a main shopping district so you can hear a lot of the noise from the street from 7.30am to 10.30pm. There were building works in the next door but one building which made a huge amount of drilling noise. The bathroom of the apartment above was directly above the main bedroom so every time they flushed the toilet or ran the shower you could hear it loudly. The residents from downstairs complained about the TV being on in our flat even though it wasn’t. We were actually just taking. The guest room has an internal window which faces into common space. There was no blind to stop the light from the common space so from 7am it was like daylight. We asked the owners for something to cover it with but no one came. I also suggested to the owner that the master bedroom was soundproofed for future guests but the response was the no one had complained before. If you are driving you will need to park at a local car park about 5 mins walk away through the streets because cars cannot reach the apartment. It cost us just less than Eur 60 for 3 nights. If you stay anywhere in the shopping district in Seville it will be very similar but it is a hassle on a holiday.

Appartement très bien placé au cœur de la ville dans un secteur piétonnier. Toutes les visites à faire sont assez proches et se font à pied. L'accès à la piscine sur le toit permet de profiter du soleil qui est volontairement masqués dans les ruelles.
