Extremadura Hotel

Friendly staff and clean room.

not spectacular. but ok

Easy to drive to, large rooms, good bathrooms, good breakfast, quiet even on road side rooms. I would stay again. The only reason I've given 4 not 5 is that the temperature control in my room didnt work, which was ok in winter on a not-too-cold day, but I think could be an issue in summer

Stayed for two nights to break the journey down to Cadiz from the ferry. What a stroke of luck to pick this hotel on such an important festival weekend. It’s an ideal position to enjoy a stroll to the historic centre only about 15 mins to the main plaza and tourist office. The hotel has easy safe underground parking at a reasonable price of €15 per night. Reception staff were very friendly and professional on arrival and the whole weekend it was a pleasure to deal with friendly staff in every area of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and caters to most people’s needs no tea/coffee in the room but the included buffet breakfast was lovely and as much coffee as you would like. We will definitely come to Caceres again and stay at this great hotel.

Pleasantly surprised, a nice hotel with great service. The views from the top floors are stunning.

Staff is polite and professional. Pool is nice. Beds worn and in need of replacement. Pillows excessively lofty and unusable. Bath fixtures and general areas a bit tired and in need of updates. Breakfast is decent. Room air conditioning could be improved.

Its a good hotel but not much around it

Not far from the main route up to Santander. Short walk to the Plaza Major and old town. Good tapas bars and great free pop concert on the Saturday night in an enclosed courtyard of a bar on the edge of the old town. Breakfast was good just a shame we arrived at the same time as two coach parties. Overall good hotel and good sized underground parking for our cars. Would stay there again.

We have used this hotel many times and always excellent in all aspects .

Hotel was adequate, and good value overall.,but not 4 star. Looks old and dated, and in need of upgrade, in many areas. Carpets in public areas in poor condition, and mattress old and uncomfortable.Bathroom large and good shower. WiFi was ok in public areas , but not in room. Even at the bottom of the screen I am writing on there is a message stating " looks like there's a network issue. Please try again." , so I will have to post whilst in a public srea. Staff were very attentive in all areas.

I was hoping the pool would have been open

The beds were very uncomfortable and there was no climate control. Very stuffy room, hard to sleep. Staff was great and the property was clean.

Good hotel and very well located

Close to old town sector.

Everything was on point clean and effective but no frills. I thought the bar and restaurant was excellent with super service and good free tapas with your beer. Car park was 15 euro per night in underground garage safe.

Very spacious rooms and good location. The hotel is easy to find when driving .

Spacious well appointed room, lovely bathroom and very friendly and professional staff - gave me exactly the room I’d pre-requested! Good a/c and WiFi. The breakfast buffet very good with a wide selection of hot and cold choices though, & very unusually for Spain, the coffee was pretty poor. The hotel’s situation was ideal to walk into the historic centre and about 15mins on foot to both train & bus stations making it an ideal choice for a day trip to beautiful Trujillo. Swimming pool not open until June.
