Very helpfull staff..excellent location near beach and shops Recommend a stay.

The bed was not especially comfortable. The shower was great. Hallway noise was reduced by the sound of the air conditioning.

Tiny window. Long and narrow stairs with no elevator. AC did not work. Very small room. No mini fridge.

The area around the hotel and the outside and entryway looked a little questionable but the rooms had been redone and were wonderful. Air conditioning worked well for this very warm mid-August. Staff was very pleasant. Overall I would definitely return to this facility if I’m back in this area.

Lovely stay in this place. Unusual hotel with loads of nice quirks. Room was good and comfortable. Check In was excellent. Clean and everything in room that we needed.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The staff, without exception, is friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. The limited breakfast was cheerfully served. The location is at the same corner as a Bilbao express bus stop so day trips to Bilbao are simple. It is a short walk to all the bars/restaurants/shopping. Some limited mobility folks will find the second floor lobby, with no elevator, an inconvenience. Reception is not open 24 hours per day but guests receive keys for easy access. Only the motion sensor bathroom light bothered us. If one of us went in to the bathroom at night, all the bright lights would suddenly turn. On the other hand, if you took a shower after dark, the lights would suddenly go out until you waved an arm or leg outside the shower to trigger the sensor and turn the lights back on. The Camino Del Norte route turns at the corner by the hotel.

Funky but clean and nice location. Great if you need a place while doing the Camino del Norte.

Originell inredning,kul😃 Helt ok för en natt. Frukosten serverades av en jättetrevlig spanjorska. En doftampull satt i eluttaget på toan. Spred en stickande citron doft i hela rummet. Stäng av den då ni anländer😎
