We had a very enjoyable stay here room was a bit small for a 6 night stay but met our needs cleaned everyday the food and drink was good at good prices, was also in a very good location less than 10 minutes from airport a taxi was €20 lovely place to visit you are also only 5 minute walk to bus and train stations beautifull beaches within 2 or 3 miles we walked to beach which was good but there is a bus that takes you there i would definitely return 😀

The room was small and not fancy but very clean and maintained. The bathroom was larger than we expected and also very clean. The hotel staff (the front desk of the hotel across the street serves both hotels) was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It's a great location, too. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Santander.

The price was good, our stay was okay.
No hair dryer and no iron. Not a single drawer! The showerhead broke, but we made it work.
The soap and shampoo were useless.
The beds were very comfy.
Very clean place in a quiet neighborhood.

No hairdryer. Old fashioned shampoo sachets which I couldnt open. Shower head kept falling down so struggled to shower. No air con
Great location. Male receptionist was very informative and very kind. One day bumped into us in street and still helped us even when not on shift. He's a credit to the hotel.

The place has a fantastic location and it’s clean. However I would give only 2* as the room is dated, very hot- no fan, and there is so many noises coming from all neighbours all night! You can’t sleep easily. We have been in room 227.

Expensive hotel for a 1* but near ferry port and clean although dated. Comfortable bed. Room basic, no carpet on floor. Bathroom tired, no plug in sink and shower door didn’t shut properly. But very friendly reception in sister hotel across the road. Wifi good was a bonus

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door, saying that guests need to check-in at their other hotel, Hotel San Glorio.
The guy at the reception desk was very friendly and professional.
The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The decor was beautiful.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only a few minutes walk from Santander train station, bus station, and airport buses.
I enjoyed my stay. Would most definitely stay there again.

Stayed for one night. Arrived late. Booking in was not a problem. (Keys collected from sister hotel on the same street) Parking was a bit of a challenge. Room was clean. Beds firm. WiFi free. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels.
