Hotel Eurostars Regina

My first single room 217 was clean but little access to sides of bed, side lights didn’t work, and almost impossible to access wardrobe as tight squeeze by table. The bathroom was large but a tiny bath. However, the noise was horrendous from both sides with every flush of toilet, shower, basin and people talking, laughing loudly. Sounds of piano, singing from the Reception tv echoed up and older people talking late at night. I found it a nightmare with no insulation ! They did supply a kettle, as requested, with sachets. The staff kindly changed my room to a single 223 roadside, which was much better. More accesible/spacious wardrobe and large shower. The room was discreetly tidied each day with clean towels, if needed and the body lotion was luxurious. Also nice handwash, shampoo, conditioner. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wonderful choice, bright dining area with tables cleared rapidly. Quite out of the main town, so lots of walking/bus trips and checking-in, etc can be slow as only one receptionist. The staff were smiling and very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a lovely hotel. Seville is a very beautiful city with much to see and beautiful parks and a regular and efficient bus service.

Room and property were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in Eurostars Regina (Seville) room 016. INCORRECTLY CHARGED €2.50 subsequent to checkout. This MUST be refunded The following items were reported to reception at hotel: 1) Had to bang on wall at 0030 in morning. Adjacent room were 2 women talking (not shouting). Poor sound insulation between rooms! 2) Tiled floors are great, however the chairs should have rubber or felt pads on feet to prevent scraping sounds when they are moved!

Overall excellent property, it’s little bit far from main core downtown areas.

Terrible bathroom. The first nught we spent there the air conditioning was not working, they fixed it the next day. A very hot first night.

Wxcellent hotel in great location

Was not happy given a room next to the lift. Nosey. Second room was dirty and had a cracked sink in the bathroom.

air conditioning was turned off, which they informed me of after my stay. if I am paying for a hotel that is LISTING air conditioning as a feature of the room I am paying for I do expect there to BE air conditioning. it was a steady 78-19ºF (26-27ºC) the entire night no matter what I did and it was impossible to sleep. also incredibly thin walls, heard every second of breakfast once it started. would not stay again.

The room was small but not cramped...bed was comfortable, bathroom was large, breakfast was a great deal. A bit far from old town attractions

Requested parking, but none available. They’re seems to be a first come first served policy. I have a disabled badge !

Pros: Staff were perfectly friendly. The building seems in good condition and well kept. The room was well laid out, if small (I knew it would be small, for the price), and the bathroom was good. Nice big TV in the room. Cons: There was a bit of a smell of tobacco in the room, despite me requesting a non-smoking room, though this might have been from a previous guest ignoring the rules. There was a courtyard just outside the room with people in, though it wasn't noisy it did feel like it intruded on the privacy of the room. I felt a bit self-conscious having people sitting just outside my window in the daytime.

Excellent hotel. Modern, well equiped, and good breakfast. Good walk to old town buildings, etc.

It was reasonably close to the areas we visited but was walkable, within a 30 minute walk. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good.

Lovely little hotel. 1/2 reception staff were very helpful. Shower head leaked. Beds comfortable and lobby was lovely.
