Muy buena atención. El hotel esta justo en la estación de tren y bus, si van a viajar es perfecto pues conecta directo a la estación. Las habitaciones limpias y amplias. Solo tienen que prestar un poco de atención a la limpieza en las entradas exteriores del Hotel que dan a la calle, las puertas se ven sucias y el que llega lo ve feo por fuera y dentro es bonito. Sobretodo a la puerta exterior que da a la parte de atrás. Muchas gracias por la atencion. La coudad es preciosa.

This property is part of the Zaragoza Train and bus station building but perfectly quiet in the room. Very large rooms with two sofas. Great price and great breakfast buffet. Only thing lacking was a hot water kettle and/or coffee maker.

we showed up and were told our room would not be ready until 230 at 430pm we were told our room was not ready but another room was amade available. the room 105 is extremely hot. we complajned and when the maintenance guy came up he told us it would xool off. 6 hours later at 11pm it is still extremely hot and the AC barely works.

Booked the room with Booking Protection and cancelled my booking before the deadline. The hotel did not refund the payment with no reason. I claimed it via Orbitz but not help has been given. The only refund was the cancellation of the Booking Protection fee. I had the right to get a full refund but neither Eurostars Zaragoza nor Orbitz took the responsibility. Even the power outage was not considered. Please do not stay at this Hotel. We have rights but these people do not respect to our rights
