Very far from downtown

Nice hotel but located far away from the central and historical areas and sights in Cuenca. There is not much public transportation in this area. It would be okay to stay here if you had a car.

Nearby a gasoline station and a restaurant. Staff were friendly.

Another handy overnight stop. Close to amenities, big shopping mall etc etc.

Staff super friendly and efficient. TV a let down, no sky news even or U.K. channels.

We have a very nice stayed there. Very good breakfast options from hot to fruits, very fresh. The staff was very helpful. Transportation services around the area. And a beautiful shopping center, with very nice stores and a supermarket.

Comfortable room.Good breakfast. No tea or coffee making facilities. No safe in room. Next to MC Donald's and filling station. 40 mins walk to old town.

Location is not great for city centre but if you have a car it's a good option. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly and attentive.

It´s a good hotel. clean. staff were very helpful. parking was free and on site. The only down side, and It was my bad, I din´t check the location of the hotel and since I wanted to be close to downtown. I had to take a taxi, it was 9 Euros. No bad. >However, Id prefer a closer location to the center. For the rest, I would recomend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic Location to go into central Cuenca and only 15 minutes on the bus to the picturesque old town! The views are amazing. Everything you need near the hotel.

This was an overnight stop to break a journey between the Costa del Sol and the Pyrenees. We chose the hotel based on earlier reviews and especially because of the ease of parking. It proved a very good choice as the everything was of a far higher quality than expected and spending an evening in the old town was easily arranged. The friendly reception called a taxi and gave us advice on what to visit in this impressive ancient city. The taxi cost less than 8 euros and took us to the cathedral door. All taxis seem to be radio controlled rather than hailed so we overcame our limited Spanish for the return trip in the evening by asking a local tapas bar to ring one for us. The room was large, modern, clean and well appointed and clearly aimed at business clientele. Those familiar with the Eurostars chain will recognise the style.

Great hotel, nice rooms, very clean . Good location.

Really nice staff and great to have a free coffee and cake available.
