Hotel is located in front of a bus stop and subway station. Bus route 001 is a free route that can take you to main tourist attractions and shops. Hotel rooms are a bit small but staff friendliness and service makes up for it There are several good restaurants and bars at walking distance

Nice sized bright room with a decent sized clean bathroom with nice quality toiletries. Very convenient for Moncloa station which provides easy access to Madrid Centro. Felt like a nice safe neighbourhood with nice local bars and restaurants accessible nearby.

It was going well until someone broke into our room... The manager refused to speake to us. The hotel took zero accountability. Blamed us showed a still grainy picture from the camera but couldn't show us coming out of room or our room number and 240 dollars was stolen and our safe tampered with.

The pool and bar are not available 75% of the year which makes the marketing of this hotel far from the truth. This was the main reason for staying there. I might be in the small print but you shouldn’t lead with the pictures when it isn’t available. The reception staff (two guys) were friendly and helpful.

The front desk professionals were awesome! Very kind and accommodating. This review is not about the service or staff - but more about the hotel in general. My first room was located on the 2nd floor and had a horrible odor! They switched us to another room on 7th floor. Still with strange odor (believe it is just the hotel in general). It was sooooo loud from the street it was difficult to sleep. I couldn’t imagine what the 2nd floor would have been like. The hotel is located just behind a college dorm building and near a busy street.
