Fantastic hotel! Peaceful and relaxing stay! Everything was perfect! Best buffet we’ve had in a hotel in Spain! Amazing huge spa! Already planning our next trip!

Check in was good with a welcome drink from a very friendly Gonzalo. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The hotel has a lot of steps and the rooms are located outside the main building so we had to drag our luggage through the theatre, up and down steps to reach our room- it felt poorly designed with little thought to guests comfort. Thankfully we only had small cases. Our "Superior Deluxe" room was very cold, the heating wasn't working, when reported it was "fixed"- however the temperature never got hot enough and the room felt damp. The towel rail fell off the wall when removing a towel, it was reported and fixed. The shower temperature kept fluctuating from cold to warm to boiling but we had given up reporting and waiting in the room for things to be fixed as we were only there for 2 nights. The buffet breakfast had cold bacon 1st day and cold scrambled eggs the 2nd, the orange juice was watery. It was cold weather and the waitress kept exiting the restaurant via the fire doors and leaving them open letting in a cold draught. Overall a disappointing stay.

A bit dissapointing. I specifically asked for a room with the spectacular view and we got a partial view and the golf course. The beds were too hard for us and so we didnt sleep properly for 2 nights. It wasnt made clear on the booking that we had to pay an extra 25Euros each to go into the pool. The balcony had not been cleaned so we couldnt use the sun beds as there was bird poo on them.

Its in the middle of nowhere, the facilities are fantastic. We were there with 12 friends for a birthday break

This is a very well-run hotel, with friendly and professional staff. Our only observation is that the food at dinner was lukewarm and there was a lack of vegetables. The breakfast was plentiful but no boiling water ( for tea ) - only hot water. We would return!

La verdad es que el hotel nos gustó mucho. El único motivo por el cual no le doy la máxima puntuación es porque el acceso al spa, que es una de las principales atracciones del hotel, no está incluido en la reserva. Si deseas utilizarlo, debes pagarlo por separado, lo cual no se menciona en Expedia. Fuera de eso, el hotel es excelente y el personal es muy atento.

I stay often at this hotel and every time it’s a pleasure. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, the staff are lovely, the pool is great and breakfast buffet is nice.

Very comfortable room overlooking the golf course. Excellent WiFi. Very limited options to eat/drink - especially as the weather was terrible and being indoors was the only thing to do.

Top class hotel, suite was large, private balcony, and expected room facilities. Took half board as food reviews were good. The food was very good and plentiful with varied, themed menus each night. Gym was reasonably equipped and pool inviting. Staff all very helpful, will rebook in future

Very nice property, very reasonably priced. We didn’t golf this time, but would like to come back for a golf holiday. Staff were very nice.

Great place for families

This place is fantastic. Amazing service. The golf course is challenging but fun ... greens were in great shape. The spa is worth the visit alone.

We loved this hotel, the room was beautiful and the extra beds for our children were proper beds, comfortable and fit for an adult. The Check in experience was excellent and our kids loved the fact we were taken to our room in a golf buggy! There was lots of friendly cleaning staff moving about in buggies so the hotel and grounds were very well tended to. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and hope to be back soon!
