I don’t like to leave pour reviews but our stay wasn’t the best. Very long queues at reception desk regardless of the time of day and not enough staff to deal with the amount of people. Our check in we was queuing for 35 mins and we arrived in the morning. Unfortunately 3 times my room key card didn’t work and alongside length waits for the lifts on certain days so up and down the stairs to be told I shouldn’t keep my card behind my phone which I DON’T it was kept in my purse. Another time a cleaning lady let us in as I think she could see my frustration. The hotel is either breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive. This seemed to cause confusion for customers as only certain bars would serve all inclusive. We was breakfast only and was given a time to arrive 9-9:45am well what an absolute shambles!!! No tables, long queues for food especially eggs and by the time you got to your table all food was cold. 2nd day when we waiting and found a table and set it up and got some condiments drinks etc when I got back to the table with just bread as I wasn’t queuing for everything else someone had decided to take our table and was already eating! We just gave up and walked out. The pool area was manic and no beds unless you are down with your towel to put on a bed and then people going for breakfast or out for hours and staff did nothing. 2 life guards spent most of the time just chatting away stood together and no paying much attention to all the children. broken loo

Stayed a few times before so as usual no real complaints,although food could have been better this time

The hotel cancelled the reservation on short notice and transferred to the sister hotel nearby “Aquarius”. The answers from the survey pertains to this hotel, had a room facing the pool and the bar noisy drinkers until around 2am, a/c not working only heating due to hotel policy regarding the date to switch to “summer”, so had to open balcony for fresh air, so all the street and pool noise came through. .

Мы жили в апартаментах. Свежий ремонт, всё новое, мини кухня, микроволновка, посуда. Есть всё необходимое. Уборка каждый день, для апартаментов это не обычно и очень приятно. В обычных номерах за холодильник просят доплату, у нас был бесплатно. Главный минус этаж на уровне земли, но есть мини терраса. Питание в отеле не пробовали. Территория отеля небольшая, бассейн очень простой, но мы ходили только на пляж. До пляжа fenals 10 минут ходьбы. До большого магазина 5 минут.

It was an okay trip - I was hoping to get a parking but due to limited space could not get one - front staff was extremely helpful at all times - rooms are decent and overall good

Disappointed we had to pay for the fridge and safe. Room was also quite tight for 3 adults. A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff, especially on main reception.

Lovely pool areas. Food good. We had an end room with pool view and no problems with noise.

The bedroom was tiny and we got 2 single beds. They must have been on wheels because everytime i rolled over the bed moved. Plus the walls are paper thin and our neighbour was banging and his tv was way to loud. Very glad we only stayed for 1 and a half nights.

This is a great hotel very clean rooms are lovely food was very nice too. I had one problem with the hotel they give you till 11 to get out the room 3 times starting at half 8 the cleaner came in the last was 10.45 telling me I needed to be out by then I wasn't to happy and told her it says by 11

Very close to beach and shops ,and had some good entertainment staff was very friendly hotel was very clean

Great place to stop on the outskirts of lloret de mar in a quiet area in door and out door pool and spa area. All staff friendly and helpful, good selection of food in the restaurant

Stayed here before a very nice hotel in the fenals area off Lloret town is a 10 minute walk great bars and restaurants in this area

this hotel is like almost every hotel in that zone: good for crazy holidays on the coast but dont expect 4*-hotel quality. The food is disgusting and moreover you have pay for drinks! Better take just room, without board.

The hotel is large hotel, which provide all inclusive deals.The WIFI didnt work at all for all the 3 days of my staying there, The worst of all is that I got a room on the Lobbly floor facing outside street room no. 21. during the day and night the room was noisy. but very noisy. the walls between the other rooms including the bathroom maybe made from paper or its kinds. you hear everything, every word, every mobile that rotate from the other rooms, when flushing the roialet from the other room or taking shower you simply hear it and its totally bothers. more than that in the morning I heard noises from my ceiling in terms of moving chairs and foot stepping. I thought its a noisy gueest and that the next day it will be better. after hearing the same noises from 6:30 in the morning till 10:00 oclock and hardly could not sleep at night and not in noon brake, I went up to see whats the problem is, it seems that all the section of room in the lobby floor are simply under the dining room. I never had such unpleasent stay in any hotel all my life. It was my last night there and when I went to the reception they say there is no free room available and this noise is regular come from dining room.. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!! also the food on all inclusive was only so so... will not reccomend on it as well.

Seems like it "used to be nice" place to be maybe back in the 80's when it was new and no other places existed but it's all very old parking is expensive and inconvenient food is very simple and quite bad coffee is horrible and the room is OOOOOOOOOOLLLLLDDDDD
