Absolutely fantastic hotel - the room was enormous, with a large, modern bathroom and other useful amenities. The rooftop pool was very welcome after a long, hot day. We will definitely be visiting again.

The room was nice overall, but it did have a slight musty odor. One inconvenience was that rooms do not come equipped with an iron, and guests can only borrow one for up to an hour. The biggest drawback was the bedding. The spring mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were well below the standard expected for a hotel of this caliber. Both could benefit from a significant upgrade to improve the overall guest experience.

Very friendly and helpful multilingual staff. The hotel is beautifully kept and very welcoming. We appreciated the restaurant so we could grab a bite to eat at hours when many other restaurants are closed. LEED Gold certified so very eco-conscious but still felt luxurious. This hotel is a bit away from the city center so for many activities we took a Cabify/uber as there was a heat wave. It is very close to Plaza de España though!

Wi-fi was fine stayed on. The staff was very helpful. the room was cleaned daily. Pool area is very nice but fills up depending on the time of the day. Breakfast is so so, Coffee machines used allot so your coffee may end up with a chocolate flavor. Wish they had fruit for the yogurt or chic seeds.

We didn’t realize how luxurious the hotel was when we booked it. The room was comfortable and clean, and service throughout the hotel was outstanding: cleaning staff, breakfast, and dinner. The breakfast buffet is over-the-top: baked treats, fruit, juices, cured meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereals, and more I can’t remember. The location is walkable to lots of top sights, but not super close. If you like to walk around, as we do, the location is great; if you prefer to be “right there “, not so much.

Very accommodating excellent and comfortable stay. We stayed 6 nights and I would definitely stay here again. The only issues would be extra towels, and extra pillows. The air conditioning also stopped working during the night and the room was very hot. However i didn’t say anything to the hotel staff so likely these are simple remedies. Thank you! Excellent stay.
