Hotel HM Alma Beach - Adults Only

The breakfast was cold every day. Only 1 day they bought out gluten free bread that you needed to ask for the other days they said there was none. You didn’t know what you could eat as there were no labels. Bar on the roof ran out of most beers as hotel was closing.

Good hotel , I enjoy mybtime there. Would be appreciated to have at least water and Juice for dinner without paying.

They didn’t have a room available upon arrival so they transferred us to another location which was kind of annoying. Otherwise ok stay

Very disappointing , room was so small and very minimum storage for clothes , city views were of defect buildings , slow service at bars and not so very friendly sadly won’t return

Clean, great vibe, best burger I’ve ever eaten!

Staff were wonderful, food for breakfast and dinner was incredible! The room was a little squishy with the space around the wall and bed but was clean and tidy and perfect for our stay! Lots of buses to use to get to Palma etc think they should advertise this in the hotel for travellers

Hotel was in a great location, easy to get a taxi to many places but got stuck in the lift on the last day and had a delayed lack of response from the reception team and no apology regarding the inconvenience.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Service was great. Our only issue was that the AC didn’t work the first two nights that we were there but hotel maintenance stopped by to fix it after we brought it to their attention.

Loved everything about our stay. Especially the housekeeping staff. We noticed that when Patricia cleaned our room, everything smelled fresh and looked its best. Also, the wait staff were brilliant. The food was the best we’ve had at a hotel in Mallorca. It was a very short walk to the beach, good restaurants, and super markets. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay, adults only so no roudy kids. Great location for airport and local buses and the pools a wonderful way to cool off after a day of exploring.

Il personale dell’albergo fa la differenza di questa struttura. Tutti sorridenti e gentilissimi, la responsabile è italiana ed ha un pensiero gentile per tutti oltre ad essere estremamente di aiuto per qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno. Le camere sono un po’ piccole ma molto confortevoli e pulite . Ci tornerei domani , mi sono davvero trovato bene.

Lobby bar and pool were very nice. Buffet was great, a bit pricey. Rooms were very small and dated.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Loved the two pools to just unwind at the end of the day.

Clean hotel, good pool and bar area

Not great. I was there 7 nights. First night in room 403 directly across from the elevator. So noisy with people congregating late into the night and early in the morning. Requested a new room and they said they had nothing available. I said I’m not spending six more nights in that room. I practically had to beg and plead. Finally, another clerk stepped in and said they could move me to another room, but I’d have to bring my bags down and wait until later that day when another room would be available. In the second room, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. Then they tried to give me a lesson on how air-conditioning works. I said I’m from Texas where we run our air conditioner, at least 300 days out of the year. I know how they work. I said and besides that it was working when I went to sleep and then at three in the morning while I was sleeping. I woke up because it got warm in the room. So I didn’t touch any thing having to do with the air conditioner. Turns out it is The Sensor on the balcony door. That was not working properly. The next night air conditioner worked fine, but woke up and walked from the bed into the bathroom and slipped because there was a huge puddle that I assume was caused by the air conditioner. I wiped it up with three bath towels called to report it. The repair man said I don’t see any leaks. However, the wall and the molding were swollen from water damage. So this was an ongoing issue. Disaster!

We had a very relaxed trip! Everything was spot on! Breakfast was amazing, rooms cleaned everyday and wonderful staff. Rooftop bar and pool is fab!
