Clean room. The WiFi connection worked so we could use Skype. Parking was available for free just in front of the entrance. Climatisation was fine. The restaurant was excellent. We used it for lunch and breakfast. Great people.

This hotel's location and gracious staff made our first visit to the Pyrenees quite easy. Comfortable room and great breakfast buffets fortified us for mountain walks, exploring villages, and wandering through Romanesque monasteries. Our visit coincided with the towns fall festival; staff were helpful in making sure we saw local folk dances with the townsfolk. Would strongly recommend this hotel for a base in exploring the Catalan Pyrenees.

This small boutique hotel is a warm comfort after a hike in the beautiful mountains of Spain. We were warmly welcomed by the manager and made to feel very at home (as if we were visiting family) as she gave us a tour of the hotel and room. She ensure to know our names and use them when we encountered her in the morning. At dinner she took extra care to socialize with every guest dining in the restaurant as if she were hosting a private party.
The only hiccups would be that the a/c was not very effective, but opening the windows to the mountain air was a beautiful plus. There isn't much in the area and as such the restaurant has become quite popular. As long as you are not in a rush, the service was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town. The staff was exceptionally helpful, making parking space for us, helping with travel plans and routes, etc. The room was modern and clean and efficient, with a comfortable bed. We were tired and didn't feel like going out to eat; what a pleasant surprise when we sat down to dinner of delicious fresh grilled prawns and grilled chicken!

We stayed here in our pass through the Pyrenees from France to Spain. The city is fairly small. We were there on the off season and the hotel is minimally staffed, so the earliest you can checkout is 0730. The food at the hotel was amazing and a great deal. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way for us. Brush up on your basic Spanish, not all the staff was fluent in English.

Primero de todo ya su aspecto llegando por la carretera es magnífico. Entrando, y pasando al lado de la barra del bar y el restaurante, llegas a una recepción decorada con mucho gusto, al igual que el resto de instalaciones del hotel. Las habitaciones son muy confortables. El personal con el que tratamos de un trato amable y gran simpatía, con ganas de hacer la estancia agradable.

Ovviamente l'area in cui e' situato l'hotel non ha niente di bello, e' pero' una buona posizione per la visita al monastero di Ripoll (la cittadina e' abbastanza bruttina, quindi tanto vale dormire un po' fuori). Hotel ben tenuto, moderno, camera molto ampia e bagno molto confortevole. Buona colazione. Rapporto prezzo/qualita' piu' che valido. Molte gentili alla reception e utilissimi i consigli ricevuti per visite nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio gratuito privato. Consigliato se si passa in questa zona

El trato muy bueno, son super amables. El menú del restaurante estaba bien. La habitación era un poco pequeña al igual que la cama y la almohada un poco incómoda. Aunque son los únicos peros que encontramos. Por lo demás nos encantó todo y volveremos seguro.
