Hotel Medina de Toledo

From hotel, via escalators to Old Town. Manager and staff very helpfull and friendly. Recommend.

Conveniently located between Toledo's train station and Toledo' city center.

Excellent location, actually "glued" to the ramparts of the old town, it's just a short walk to the old town with all attractions, restaurants, museums, and shopping. The personal are very courteous and willing to help.

Location was convenient; hotel staff was kind and accommodating; breakfast was terrific; room was spotlessly clean and provided all that we needed for a wonderful stay.

Cozy, cute and clean. $8 cab ride from the train station. Very close to escalator or elevator up to the main old town. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Couldn't find any fault with anything about the Medina hotel. Handily placed for both areas of Toledo town. Rooms well equipped and comfortable, and very clean. Staff were polite and very helpful.

Our room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. The mattresses on the bed were rather hard so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. All in all would stay here again for the location.

The hotel must've undergone extensive renovation in recent years as the furniture looks new. Our room was cozy but adequate for a short stay. It has a French balcony with an unobstructed view of the new town. The hotel is conveniently located between the bus terminal and the old town. Using the escalator system, all attractions are easily accessible from the hotel. The continental breakfast is freshly prepared by the staff upon your order, and the staff are very friendly.

Nice clean hotel in a good position for exploring Toledo. Close to the foot of the elevator to take you up to the old city so no need to climb any steps. Short walk to train station. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Had everything we needed for a short break.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the location is convenient.

Great hotel to explore Toledo. Parked at the bus station for free and walked in (about 10 minutes). Rooms were nice, with lovely views over the city. Very close to escalators that take you up into the old town. Laura was great - she seems to do everything - everywhere we looked she was there. Very friendlu and efficient. Breakfast was nice too.

Doesn’t look the greatest from outside but inside it was spotless. All COVID precautions were observed. We had a lovely stay. The parking was close by and in that garage there were escalators that took us right up near the center of town. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced.
