Excellent service from all staff, couldn't do enough to help. Room/bathroom are spotless. Rooftop pool area is brilliant. Will definitely be back for another visit to lovely Marbella.

The property is close to the old city which we lived! Also easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff were not very friendly. Parking garage easy to find and close to hotel. Hotel charges extra for safe in room and pool towels,

Location to shops bars restaurants was very good. Clean towels and sheets every day. Roof top pool was a plus.

The property was very good value. Room not over the top but spacious enough and clean with a balcony. And the food option was excellent (on full board). That was really yummy. Not super diversified but enough for different tastes. And delicious_ every time. That's all the more important when you consider the fact that restaurants in Marbella aren't cheap. They're actually quite expensive.

A very good hotel with a rooftop pool. The price was great for the all inclusive features. The food was delicious though drinks were not included. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, everything was within walking distance.

Accommodation was good. Room air conditioner was very good. Breakfast was ok - why is there reconstituted juice in Spain? Evening food was like eating in a canteen. Staff were friendly.

Great location! Excellent customer service. Everybody smiling and pleased to help and answer all our questions. We will definitely be back. The room has a balcony and it is spacious.

Staff very helpful, clean hotel and rooms and close the all shops, restaurants and beach.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked only two nights at first and decided to stay a few more. The location is superb, the central beach and walkway with all restaurants and tourists are 3 minute walk, the old town with it's own charm is also 3 minute walk (only the other direction). The room was large, bright, and with a nice balcony. There was a rooftop pool too, which I ended up not using as the beach was right there. Breakfast is included and I give it 5 stars, not only for variety and service, but for ambience - it is served in a nice, spacious restaurant. The hotel also offers affordable excursions to other places through a partner agency, so the tour bus stops conveniently around the corner from the hotel. Finally, the staff was excellent, from several front desk clerks to cleaning and kitchen staff. For the hotel in that price range it is more than you bargain for.

Marbella is beautiful. Lots of hotels and thousands of tourists, but still feels very Spanish. Beaches are huge and clean with lots of facilities and bars, restaurants etc. Mountains at the back of town are spectacular, and parks are lush. Casco Antiguo old town is quaint. Definitely take the ferry to Puerto Banus. Only €15 for a return journey - about 20 minutes each way. Amazing views of the coastline and mountains. Stay in Puerto Banus for as long as you want and get the ferry back later. If you're travelling from Malaga Airport, book the bus online with Avanzabus - only about €9. No need to get expensive shuttles or taxis. Hotel is getting a bit dated, but very clean and tidy - great value for a basic stay. I loved it - perfect for me.

Great location basic hotel but sufficient as I spent most of my time out the hotel it satisfied my needs. Will certainly be returning. Lovely staff very helpful Thanks Hotel Rodeo
