The location is very good and it’s a clean hotel. But it’s only a place to sleep and leave.

Staff friendly, room was very clean and comfortable yet a little small. Very basic hotel with no restaurant, bar or pool. Location was really good, next to the train station. Walls were paper thin though so could hear everything from the neighbours and lots of noise in the corridors at night so didn’t sleep well sadly. I’d recommend the hotel if you want something no frills at a basic price.

New hotel , clean and fresh Facility lacked one item in the rooms , a mini fridge to keep water cold during the hot weather . Staff helpful

Despite being recently refurbished and extremely clean, the noise factor was disappointing as the walls are paper thin & you hear every door opening/slamming, constant conversation in other rooms and the corridors throughout the night, so if you’re looking for a good nights sleep, I would not recommend this property.

Great pristine hotel but lacks basics like a pool and and coffee making making facilities. And the shower head holder is way too low on the wall

Great little find. Fabulous location. Staff really nice, rooms spacious and all marble and spotlessly clean. Only opened a few weeks and facilities will get better. Shower in room excellent.

Clean. Reasonable price. Location a few steps from the train station. Lacks a safe in the room. No fridge in the room. No tea or coffee maker. Appropriate for one or two nights.

Very clean with lovely staff

La Nogalera hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the train station, in the main square. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. A small lift is available to upper floors. The room is a generous size, with plenty of open storage for clothes. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. My room had a balcony which faced the town. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. No food is available at this hotel, but there are many restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of minutes’ walk. I would recommend La Nogalera for its location and comfort.

All new, nice and clean rooms with the basics. Well located. Great place to be if you've got somewhere to be during the day and you want a nice quiet place to sleep.

Hotel was clean and pleasant

What an amazing hotel! Brand new, clean, and perfectly located in the city centre! I loved every minute of my stay. The best part, however, was the incredible customer service. The guys working at the reception and the cleaning ladies were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and extremely kind! Not to mention, I lost my phone, and Jorge literally saved my vacation. He helped me in every possible way, made me feel better, and supported me until I found it — and I did! That’s what I call truly wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back!

New hotel , very clean and ideal located very central , close to all facilities.

It's only been open 2 weeks so it was spotless and new.

The hotel has very basic facilities. Various things do not work properly, such as the air conditioning and the cleaning services, and the explanation given by the reception staff is that the hotel was recently opened. According to the booking, the room has city view, but in reality the room window is facing a wall. There are no restaurant and breakfast options available at the hotel. The hotel staff wrongly charged my card before the check-in time, they admitted the error, but gave me no compensation (even a symbolic one) for the inconvenience caused. At check-out, the hotel manager was very verbally aggressive, when discussing my claims. Overall, the stay at the hotel was a very bad experience.
