We had a wonderful stay at Alcazar. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful , making us feel at home right away. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and I loved the convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The location is fabulous, the staff were wonderful. Our room was soooo tiny and we had no place to put anything. The shower was slippery and with only a half door, water went everywhere.
The rooftop breakfast and bar were lovely.

Room had four electrical outlets, but only two worked. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had wet paint in it when we were given access. Room had virtually no flat space for suitcases and bathroom had no space for toiletries bags.

Very close to Alcazar, cathedral and restaurants. Rain meant we couldn’t sit on rooftop for breakfast as great views from there.

We had a wonderful stay at Alcazar. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful , making us feel at home right away. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and I loved the convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
