The main issue with this hotel was that their reception is now not in the hotel, but down the road in-town, in a bar just behind the local hairdressers, about 5 mins' walk away.
They sign this up in English on the former reception door, but it certainly helps to have some Spanish when looking for the current reception office in the local bar. There was only someone working as a receptionist after 2,30PM, and she operates out of a small kiosk that sells cigarettes and vapes at the back of the bar.
We were going to wait for when we were there to decide if we wanted breakfast, but as we hadn't pre-booked we were told we would have to buy breakfast in one of the local bars.
It appears that the hotel breakfasts are a smallish selection of tapas, while the local bars easily provided what we needed. There is a secure parking area c.50 metres from the hotel.
The locals were very friendly, the room was well appointed, and very clean, and once you understand how it operates it works well.

Expedia description is not accurate and expedia overcharged me or charged for a room that was not what I got. Property was in poor condition. It is nothing like what is described. We booked at 10:30 pm and expedia did not give any warning about late check in, so we arrived at the property at 11:00 pm and it was very difficult to get a hold of someone and then the stuff was rude and we had to wait in the cold without clear directives and we ended up getting the keys past midnight. The only good thing is that it has a good safe parking and the place (besides mold on the bath tub) was overall clean.

We were offered a room on the second floor with a very inclined ceiling where we would constantly hit our head in the room and in the bathroom . It was tough to take a shower or simply walk. Customer should be advised/informed beforehand and be offered a significant discount (should they accept) as having difficulty simply walking in your room without being on constant alert is a serious drawback.
