It felt like a home not like a sterile hotel. We will return.

This property was a mixture of old and new. The room was very modern in design but still with a lot of character

We loved this charming hotel. Although it was a few minutes walk from the centre the welcome and good advice we received more than made up for the extra steps.

Beautiful hotel that maintains it's original farmhouse charm. Location is excellent- very close to all the amenities, main beach of Palamos, old town port, restaurants, highway exit. Staff is excellent! Really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable.

We often stay in Llefranc and visit Palamos but have never stayed there. This time we stayed at Palamos and visited Llefranc. We discovered this Wonderful Hotel by chance and will certainly return

slightly off the coast, this little retreat offers a fantastic place, great service and an outstanding breakfast! Will come back!!

Welcoming owner and staff. Brilliant breakfasts served until noon. 15 mins walk to nice safe sandy beach and 15 mins walk to Palamos seafront. Rooms are spacious and clean with sofa, bathroom with full size bath, TV and safe. Free wifi everywhere. Bar available throughout the day. Some free parking available but lots of free parking around. Grounds and pool are clean and a pleasure to relax in. Lots of loungers, chairs, swing seats, shady area ....just simply a relaxing place to be.

Super stay in this character hotel - this hotel is family owned and run, and you are assured of a very warm welcome with lots of help and information, nothing was too much trouble at this charming hotel. There are bedrooms in the old manor house and also in the modern wing - everywhere absolutely spotlessly clean. Lovely garden and swimming pool and within easy walking distance of the sea front. Wonderful breakfast, with, amongst all sorts of other goodies, fresh cherries, strawberries, pineapple, almonds. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Palamos!

We wanted to visit this area of Spain and found this lovely little hotel. The staff were all so helpful from the moment we arrived at 10.15pm. We made use of the private garage just across the road from the hotel. Cool, secure and close. There is a short walk into the town - about 12-15 mins - where there were plenty of restaurants and bars. our room back at the hotel was cool and very clean and comfortably spacious with free Wifi. Bathroom was fully equipped and toiletries provided. Breakfast served in the dining room was fabulous with just about everything you could think of. There is a small swimming pool and hot tub in the well kept gardens and there was always somewhere to sit. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely go back myself if we decide to visit the area again.

The room is a little way out of the centre, in a quiet area and has a beautiful setting in a quiet courtyard with a pool. We parked the car in the free parking area by the road and took our bags up to the reception. The lady at reception was very polite and helpful and showed us a choice of two different rooms before letting us decide. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, we opted for one that shared a communal balcony overlooking the pool. We then went for dinner in the local town, and was recommended a few places to eat by the receptionist. After dinner, we came back and were made very welcome by the night receptionist. The following morning we came down fairly late for breakfast and so there was a slightly smaller selection of breakfast available than usual, but there was still a fantastic selection of food available. I would recommend to waiting until the last moment before going down for breakfast. However if any cold items were missing, the staff were more than willing to get some more if you asked them for it. Generally, a very nice hotel, in a very nice town. We will definitely be back.

We had a very nice time at the Sant Joan, our room was very comfortable, staff were very friendly and it was conveniently located for visiting the nearby beaches. The breakfast had plenty of options, everything was clean and the swiming pool came very handy after a day long stay in the beach! We would highly recommend this place. l & g

The staff were friendly, helpful and made our stay a delight. The quality and variety at breakfast was amazing. Internet access was easy and fast. The hotel grounds and pool were immaculate. The situation of the hotel was a short walk from the beaches and the centre of Palamos (10 mins to either) but we viewed this as an asset after a good meal. Would return there.
