The hotel is very clean, linens are clean, and pressed, beds comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. We noticed that the hotel hallways don’t have the AC on so it’s hot the, rooms AC seems to be centrally controlled as we cannot adjust it ourselves.

We had a one night stay at this hotel and everything went perfectly. The rooms were extremely clean well supplied, and the staff were amazing. They allowed us to check in our packages. After checkout went around. The town came back, picked up our bags and they offered us access to the rooftop to enjoy the couple of hours we had before our flights all in all a great hotel

The rooms were great and by far the best feature. There was a privacy wall separating the kids from us, and they each had their own bed -- their favorite part of our trip-- The rooftop pool sounded great, but in reality was very tiny, and the bar was small and full of dirty dishes left by others. The staff I dealt with checking in were by far the worst part of the hotel experience. The woman who checked us in was not helpful, was short with us the entire time- we just needed to hand her our passports (everyone was exhausted by this point)- waved me off when I asked about parking the rental. She did not tell us how to open the gate. Had to walk back up the hill and around to the front of the building because we couldn't turn the car around. All that needed to be said was to push the tiny yellow button (there was more than one button to push) and give the room number to the person answering--- pretty simple when you know what's expected. I was happy to move on to the next place.

Overall, it was pretty good. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm. We arrived at about 230pm in hopes the room was ready it was not, but that was understandable. They started the check-in process for us anyway tonget the ball rolling and gave us a key to use the elevator to the pool/bar area while we waited. It was beautiful with a lovely view. A few minutes after 3pm we went back down to see if the room was ready. There was a pretty long line of people checking in, so I got in line and waited. It went fairly quickly for the amount of people. By 330pm it was my turn to complete check-in and get into our room, but unfortunately the room was still not ready. So the desk lady told us she would call when it was ready. We decided to wait in the lobby. She finally called at about 4pm and we got into our room. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and very apologetic. The only reason for the 4 star review is because of the wait to get into our room.

The Good: Beautiful modern hotel with a friendly staff. Located withing walking distance of a bakery and other restaurants. Rooms are large and free WiFi included. They will store your luggage while you go explore the town of room is not ready. The Not So Good: Air conditioning kept the room just above tepid at best. No ice machines or beverage machines, everything must be retrieved from the restaurant. Shower doesn't drain so you have to stand in a pool of water. They provide free water bottles that is kept in a room fridge that doesn't work, so it's warm. They provide bath towels bit no wash cloths. Close to the airport but no airport shuttle is available. It wasn't horrible, but for the money we paid, I probably wouldn't stay again.

Great family room - it was quiet and comfortable. The location is far from the sites but there’s easy access to the mass transit system. The rooftop pool and bar was dominated by rowdy partygoers and it wasn’t easy to find a family friendly area to enjoy the main amenity that we were most looking forward to. The books in the lobby/restaurant area were really cool.

Elevators are dirty with cigarette butts, empty alcohol bottles and glass. The door in our bathroom was broken, the safe was not working so we had to wait for two days to have it fixed.. There is no ice machine so we had to go to the restaurants each time we needed ice. When I booked the hotel, my complementary breakfast was included, the restaurant said no. I spoke with the hotel staff and said that it was not included because I booked with Expedia. I had to pay $ 17.95 per person for a breakfast. And the food was not good at all

This hotel says airport transfer. It does not! We called from the airport to find out how to get the shuttle to pick us up and they informed me they don’t have a shuttle. We looked back at where we booked it. Yes. It says they do. They said they don’t even have a shuttle if we wanted to pay for it to come get us so couldn’t help us at all. We booked this hotel just for the airport transfer. Showed them proof on the booking description that it says free airport shuttle and still they didn’t care or wouldn’t give us a discount for the dishonesty on their amenities.
