We had a lovely overnight stay. Staff we very helpful and friendly. Rooms were rustic in the style of the whole hotel and were clean and comfortable. Dogs were free at this hotel which was welcomed. Surroundings of the hotel is beautiful.. If there was one negative, it was the look of the outdoor pool.. I know it is winter and not used at the moment but the water looked like it could be a health hazard

Very comfortable stay in this nicely appointed hotel. Excellent location for access to Cazorla National Park and into town of Cazorla (beware parking difficulties!). Food good especially breakfast.

The hotel is nicely located to hike in the Park Natural de Conzorla. The staff made the hotel stay great. As an example, when I checked in, I was given a room where the wireless internet didn't work. When I mentioned this at the front desk, I was told that distances to the router vary and I expected that I would just not get access on this trip. Instead, the reception desk person took me to other rooms with my computer until we found a room that had many bars, and then moved me into that room. This is not the kind of service I've seen very often in Europe and it was a pleasant surprise. The only drawback is that the restaurant is very expensive. You are far better off going next door to Cafe Ana. There is a terrace out back where you can watch the sunset and enjoy the menu of the day. Go for the garlic soup if it's on the menu.

En general todo muy bien, por poner alguna pega el colchón y la almohada no eran muy cómodos que digamos, todo lo demas genial, nos quedamos con ganas de probar el Spa ya que los niños menores de 5 años no pueden usarlo y tienen horario, el restaurante estupendo, el trato maravilloso!

Debería estar especificado antes de realizar la reserva que el spa no está incluido en el precio y cuál es el precio que tiene, ya que es bastante caro. Además no pudimos descansar bien por la tarde y el niño no se pudo dormir porque un vecino tenía la música a tope, lo comentamos en recepción y no nos hicieron caso. La bañera estaba un poco sucia, pero enseguida vinieron a limpiarla y simpática y atenta chica. Por lo demás el precio por solo utilizar la habitación para dormir es caro. Había una camarera un poco siesa los demás bastante bien.
