The Hotel lacks the basics of any hotel room: NO complimentary water, NO Coffee Machine, NO shower slippers, No tissue paper box, NO lotion, and NO notebook! Also; the breakfast buffet is a huge disappointment: VERY limited options, and EXACT same dishes every day. The Hotel is VERY old, and VERY far from city center and shops and attractions. You will need a fortune for Ubers. All together; you can find newer, better, closer to city center, and cheaper hotels in Madrid!

Loved the hotel, staff were fantastic. The area around is limited, and somewhat industrial, but the lodgings themselves, bar, food, parking etc, all primo. It suited me for my stay whilst in transit.

Quite a dated hotel, heating not the best it was either too hot or too cold and the radiator in the bathroom didn’t even work. We had a 3 day business event and apart from the last day the food served during lunch time was quite poor and extremely unappealing. A number of the waiting on staff were rude and unprofessional, during one lunch meal a gentleman decided to shove his stomach in to me on a number of occasions whilst serving my food.
