For me the hotel is a good choice for staying near the airport to catch a morning flight out of MAD. They've eliminated the shuttle to airport, which is understandable.

Hotel is large and in good condition. Room corridors are long with many rooms. Rooms are good and clean. Not very large but they have enough space. We had 2 triple rooms. It has a restaurant and bar below. However, we came hungry at night and the dinner menu was super limited and food was not good. It is like packaged food that gets warmed at the moment. None of us liked at all the food we got and we were 5 people. We also asked for a few items from the menu that were not at all as described in the menu, and they said they didn't have some items indicated there. There were 2 staff serving and they were taking super long since they were multitasking doing other things. We waited half an hour just to get the check. We were tired and wanted to grab just a quick bite and go to sleep. I don't recommend to eat here. But there are no many restaurant options near the hotel either. Breakfast, however was good, fresh, and had everything you need. It starts at 4 am which is very convenient if you have an early flight like us.

For a one night stay it was ok. Rooms are clean but very small. Not enough room to set up your clothes and personal items. I recommend it if you need to stay close to the airport.

The hallways were very dirty. The beds were not very comfortable and thin. If you lift the covers the bed covers were not cleaned in some time.

The hotel is a seven-minute ride to the airport on taxi or Uber. If taking an Uber use your app and NOT the Uber kiosk in the lobby unless you want to pay an absurdly high price for the ride. The room was very spacious and clean. I had a midnight snack in the lobby and it was delicious. I'll stay here again if I need to stay by the airport.

It is a perfect spot close to the airport!

Complete disaster. It’s 3 blocks off highway which is not normally in the low emissions zone, but to be sure I called the day before was assured they were outside the zone. Pulled off the airport highway and at the traffic light 100m from hotel was the “low emissions zone “ sign and the camera - I will now pay 100 euros fine. Of course the desk staff when I checked in did nothing but tell be sorry I will get the fine.

Lovely people, the room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very nice and had a lot of options.

The front desk was not particularly helpful. The room is small and not very well appointed. No closet; just a simple stand for hanging clothing. Also, although the website shows "Aeropuerto", the hotel is not at the airport. Website shows there is a shuttle but there was no shuttle. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel, very convenient to the airport.

Hotel was a short walk from the airport Metro and bus stations. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and bonus having a grocery store next door.

For a Hostel, it was great. Friendly staff. Great location.

Good hotel. Excellent location, close to the airport, but without shuttle service available. We needed to pay the taxi $22 euros.
