Staff was extra helpful. Service was extraordinary. But the shower was filthy (hair from previous guest on it) and the bathroom floor didn’t seem clean. There was a coffee machine in one of the two rooms we booked, but it didn’t work. Room 116 was really dark and looked into an interior pario with food smell from the restaurant downstairs. Avoid this 16 line! On the other hand room 103 was much better, more light, bigger, ok view to street, and the coffee machine. Overall I would only use it for a one night stay if necessary

Great location. Great clean rooms. It falls short on condition. Old door mats at main entrance, scuffed doors outside elevators, need to replace corridor walls. Need more staff at breakfast, need to have more quantity of certain items at breakfast, such as avocado, which was a long wait.

Desayuno muy fresco, bueno y variado. El personal que trabaja ahí, TODOS muy amables y listos para ayudar, guiar, cuidar. La cercanía tanto a compras departamentales exclusivas, como acceso a taxi y parada de los tour buses la hacen una de excelente experiencia. Está Esta es la tercera vez quedándonos en este lugar. Como en todos los hoteles, hay habitaciones con vista muy linda y otras que no.
