This hotel is a hidden little gem close to the marina, the metro and the train stations. They have a very cute restaurant patio. Only thing was there was no where to fill your water bottle and the restaurant/bar has limited hours.

Great location, easy to get to. Close to the beach and easy to get into the main city. Breakfast was great value for money as well as evening meals, that were prepared by fantastic chefs and delivered by wonderfully helpful staff. The room was perfect for what we needed, clean comfortable with all amenities covered. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are on the small side, but since we spent most of our time exploring the city, this wasn’t a big issue for us. We primarily needed a place to sleep and shower, and in that regard, the hotel delivered well. The beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. It would have been nice to have a few extra hooks for towels and clothes, and maybe a chair to sit on, but this wasn’t a dealbreaker. We also appreciated that they provided soap, shampoo, and even toothbrushes The standout of our stay was the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. The only hiccup we encountered was with the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work in our room for one day, so I had to head to the lobby to get some work done. T The cafe in the hotel had a fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. I do recommend exploring the local markets, cafes, and bars nearby, though. The location of the hotel is excellent—close to the beach and a train station, yet the area is quiet and safe. We had no issues walking around, even at night, and always felt secure. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and absolutely fell in love with Valencia. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with fantastic staff, this is a great option!

Property itself is nice and there's a fun and cute restaurant right in the lobby. But the construction across the street is loud and wakes you up early, which is annoying. Area is near the beach but not "nice" persay.

Great waterfall shower really clean and comfortable. The only thing the room was lacking was a kettle for tea making facilities. Lovely bar area and terrace.

The location was great, our room was updated but that's were the compliments of this place ends. The washroom smelled like sewage, they have a cockroach problem - seems like there is a nest in the property. When advising the staff that we could not stay here due to health concerns (cockroaches laying eggs in our luggae/clothes) we were told 'that's the way it is in Spain'. I refused to accept that so we checked out the same day we checked in. Management refused to refund us for 3 unused nights as well. AVOID this place at all costs. Oh and by the way the next place we stayed at did not have a cockroach problem. So much for that being the case in Spain.
