The "good" is that room was pretty large and had decent furnishings. There was a full kitchen and a combined clothes washer/dryer. One excellent feature of the apartment was free "included" parking (when book on expedia) in their underground parking garage, which for most other rentals would have cost about $22+ Euros a day in addition to the rent. The bed was large and mildly soft-on-firm and comfortable and the pillows were not too fluffy/soft or too stuffed. The Hotel is 2 minutes to the "beach" walk - which is a very nice area to stroll.
The apartment is about 10 minutes (6 blocks) from the nearest Metro station (Poblenou station - L4 line).
The bad was that there were no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and I had to research an online manual for the unit and my wife spent hours figuring out how to use the modes. Lugaris should definitely have a laminated sheet explaining how to use the washer/dryer. Another laminated sheet on how to use the microwave and even the water heater seems prudent. Even a sheet explaining how to use the bathtub/shower diverter &hot/cold handles would be a good idea.
The Ugly: All the furniture is low to the ground. This might be a european thing. The tub high and deep and so be very careful climbing out of it with wet feet. The toilet daul-flush push knob continually pops out of its position and has to be "wiggled" back into place. There were No Ice Cube Trays.

Very clean, spacious and modern apartment with a great sea view. Location was great too. Lots of supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. We used Bolt to go to different places for the first part of the trip and rented a car for the second part to explore farther distances. We paid 20 Euros per night for the parking at the apartment which was reasonable. Overall it more felt like home than a hotel which I liked. Just know that there is no daily house keeping.

A nice apartment complex in a great area. The beach is a few minutes walk and the shopping and food districts are round the corner too. A quiet area that is also close to the metro. I’d definitely recommend it to stay.

Our stay with Lugaris was nice because of where its situate. We wanted a beach vibe and got it. The only thing that was not great was the bed which is very important. I didn't sleep well because of it. That would be an easy fix. The hair dryer did work either fyi.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and our stay smooth. The only small issue was that the apartment key was a bit tricky to use, but overall it was a great experience.

The apartment was amazing! Great views, great location and amazing staff. Clean and convienient to many local shops and bakeries. Definitely stop at Natural Bakery a couple blocks away. They are delightful! I will be back and plan to stay longer. Maybe more detail on rubish removal would be helpful. Loved my stay, thank you!

Washer and dryer are a huge plus and life saver.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Area is great walkable one with lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. 24h mini-market within 5 miniutes walk with your basic and daily necessities but also bigger ones within 10/15 minutes walk.
Beach is within 5 minutes. The property will provide you with beach towels and umbrellas if you need some.
Metro station is within 10 minutes walk and you have some buses too. City centre can also be reached easily by foot.
Really loved our stay and would definitely book again.
