Marina Elite Hotel

Quite limited all inclusive offer. You are asked to pay for certain products such ice cream at the bar, the drinks are 3 per day per person only. While in the other hotel we were staying for longer period everything was included in all inclusive option that here at the lobby the coffee is priced and there is info about not refilling the water from the big bottle container. The all inclusive refers to the restaurant only. We were staying 1 night only and even though we had arrived late and knew that we are going to miss 1 meal still went for all inclusive to avoid paying for drinks. I would not imagine myself to stay in this hotel for 1 or 2 weeks holiday period. The limitations are frustrating. The food in the restaurant was very good though. The variety of food was big as well. The receptionists were more than helpful so giving them 5*. The view from the terrace was nice, however the other side of the hotel’s view wasn’t particularly attractive as there was a huge wall with graffiti on. The room was spacious and modern and it had a kitchenette. We were happy from having that room. It’s not bad hotel, however the limitations put us off from booking it again.

The signage was misleading so we spent a lot of time trying to find our room. Towels were dirty and we had to have them changed and there was no hand soap in the bathroom room. There were no double beds we had to join two single beds.

This hotel is an absolute disaster and a waste of money. The only way to reach the rooms is by stairs, making it a nightmare with luggage. The constant hammering from ongoing construction is unbearable—I have video proof. The bathroom is a joke, with no shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. The in-room phone is dead, making it impossible to reach the front desk. The noise levels make sleeping impossible, turning nights into torture. Cleaning is pathetic, and the so-called “free parking” is almost never available. Spending hundreds of dollars here with family is beyond frustrating—this place is a scam.

Great hotel but the food wasn’t great

We have stayed here at least 3 times before, this time there were a number of issues. Wrong apartment put against key card, wifi not working as DOB not put into system, kitchen equipment very lacking , not even a bottle opening or corkscrew, only 1 knife, no glasses , not everyone is AI. Complained to reception, they sent housekeeper, they bought along a colander and a saucepan !! Issue never resolved

An overall nice stay! Food was very nice and the themed dinners were really good! Pool areas were nice and the drinks were okay!

En 8 dias me limpiaron un día la habitación y no me cambiaron las toallas. El día de la llegada no comí ya k llegué a las 19:00 h y el día de salida no me dejaron comer por ese dia La habitación me daba encima de la teja Ana del bar y del aperitivo no tenía las vistas k decían a la piscina El personal del comedor y recepción muy bien. No pienso volver a ese hotel

Okay for a 1 night stay. It's easy to get lost navigating around. Had to get several different lifts and walk in between to get to room and bit of a nightmare pushing cases around when we arrived. Breakfast was nice .

We were here for 1 night as flight change me,vant needed to stay 1 day in area Service welcome and support we received was 1st class

Could be a really lovely hotel but food very mediocre at best , staff in the restaurant very nice . . Some music round the pool in the day would help. Some low level lighting in the restaurant and in the evening by pool bar instead of bright spot lights ! Also again maybe some music in the evenings by the pool bar , people may have a dance after the quiz etc Sorry. Just lacking a few things

Spent one night all inclusive at Marina elite hotel as our flight was changed. I was a bit concerned as not very good reviews. What a lovely hotel, lovely staff and great food. Rooms were basic but very clean. Would definitely go back for a holiday and would recommend to friends and family.

This property doesn’t have excellent air conditioning system. After several complaints and after involving Expedia the hotel finally gave a reliable room. The breakfast has same stuff every day which is pretty boring and below standards. Parking for cars is a big hike, depends where you stay on the top end or lower end of the entrance. Beds were comfy to sleep but don’t expect to get the bed sheets changed every day. They only charge them every 4 days which is a shame. Television doesn’t work so kids could feel bored. The hotel has an average sized pool and tennis court. Overall I would rate this hotel to be 3 star or lower.

Lovely location, sea views, good transport links, easy walk along the shore to Anfi beach shops and restaurants. Nice big room. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Wifi was very intermittent, and the British tv channels needed to be reset every day.

Clean nice pool and friendly staff. Would recommend

This is my first time staying at the hotel and it met my standards. We arrived there with a express bus from airport in 40 min. The bus stop is right outside but need to walk 2 min under a tunnel because of main roads on top. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We got our room in a hill which means a little hill walking, slightly tiering but the majority of the hotels are on a hill. The room was really nice and cosy. Really clean. Nice white sheet on top of the bed. A nice and clean balcony,I was worried for insects but there were none. Beautiful view of the sea. They also clean the room daily which is a plus point if you have children. Breakfast is nice and tasty lots of variety but the same hot food. Overall I will give a 4 star. The hotel is close to Anfi beach and puerto rico beach. 2 min with the bus and taxi. Taxi is really cheap for close distance. Thank you for a lovely stay, we enjoyed it.

I have booked this hotel especially for the heated pool, however when me and my friend arrived there, the water was freezing cold. We’ve notified the staff and they told us it will be fixed. It was only fixed on the day of our departure which was extremely disappointing as we booked this hotel purely because of the heated pool as we went in November. There was also no lifts. The view however was amazing we definitely enjoyed our evening on the spacious balconies! Staff in the canteen were also very friendly!

Rooms need a refresh.

This is our second stay and we enjoyed ourselves, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy and there are renovations going on at the moment to make getting from one area to another’s lot easier. Looking forward to our next visit .

Nice hotel, a little away from main centre and nearest beach not very nice, but less than 10 minute walk to nice beach
