Real good place

Very close to Barcelona Sants train and bus station. Clean and safe. Helpful staff. Great value for money. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area too.

Very basic. My big complaint is there was no top sheet. I have stayed in one thousand hotels and everyone at least had a top sheet.

Room was very clean and everything worked well. A bit surprised to pay extra for towels on a private room with bathroom.

Lovely spot great location, spotless clean comfortable beds. All good.

Bad experience. I showed up and checked in. When I got to my room there was a guy there who was terribly sick and stuck in bed. He couldn't stop coughing and it was pretty disturbing. Honestly it sounded like he had Tuberculosis and he just couldn't stop coughing and sneezing. After about 10 minutes I went to the front desk and explained the situation. They said they were full and wouldn't move me to another room. I told them they can't expect me to stay in a room right next to someone so sick. They basically said they didn't care and I could leave if I wanted to but they wouldn't refund me under any circumstances. After this I left immediately and booked another place. I ended up calling Expedia and let them know what happened and Expedia was able to talk them into refunding SOME of my reservation. But the whole experience was terrible and I can't believe they expected me to sleep next to someone so sick. Horrible customer service and I would never stay there again under any circumstances.

Stayed at this hostel on the way in and out of the region to meet a friend. Within a 5 minute walk from Sants train station. The second time I was staying I think I walked past the place a couple of times without realizing — maybe some more prominent signage is required for absent minded travelers like me! Both times I stayed in the same 6 bunkbed room, with ensuite bathroom. Bedding provided, bring your own towel or rent one fr reception. Both times there was some smell in the shower room, maybe from the cleaning products, not extremely unpleasant, but noticeable. Ground floor has the kitchen area you could use to store/prepare food. Basement there are PCs & lounging areas. Unlike many other hostels I've been to earlier, I appreciated that this just provides bed, and if you want to pay for it, breakfast. No loud bar or disco area, really appreciated the quietness of the hostel & surroundings. Would consider if visiting on a budget again.

The hostel is very clean and professional, situated conveniently close to train station and restaurants (Lugar de Tapas <3). Main drawback were the posted signs indicating NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED (also drugs). This would have been good information to provide when making the booking, I would have booked elsewhere. The rules are not strictly enforced, smoking & drinking still possible but has to be hidden which is quite annoying. It is quite a big hostel which makes things feel somewhat crowded compared to other hostels I have stayed at.

My first try at a hostel. People were friendly. Facilities nice. Would have extended stay if not for some sporting event taking up all available beds.

Very good hostel. Everything was new, and I was placed in a 4 people room. The beds were very noisy though, so everytime Anybody moved in their bed during the night, they would wake up the others.

Lovely hostel, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and everything worked. It's close to Barcelona Sants and I would recommend staying here if you're getting a train from Sants station.

Well designed hostel and great location. I love that everything works on the keycard and that there is a locker in the room and near the office. Nice staff as well.
