Great stay , must try breakfast

Bathrooms were dirty and sink not working properly - the room lacked iron and a hair dryer and tv wasn’t working and was very very tiny room for a family of 4 thats had to pay extra for.

The bathroom shower had mold.

Not the best. I stayed only one night and I went to another place near by and had the time of my life. Customer service poor here

Rooftop pool and restaurant were perfect for a family. Our breakfasts at the restaurant downstairs were 10/10. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff, beautiful rooftop view. Clean room that was a decent size and had a lovely view. Family friendly. Lots of happy kids and even a couple of stuffed bears in the lobby for kids to lounge on.

Great location, mall right next to the hotel. Bus/trolley stops within 1-2 blocks. Delicious breakfast buffet! Very professional and friendly staff. Big thank you to Katia at the front desk. Room is very small, and bathroom too open, floor was always wet after showers.

This hotel was really nice however the location was a little far away from stuff. Its rt across from mall and food locations. Great view very clean hotel with nice roof top bar.

This hotel is highly recommended for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the cleaning is of a high standard.

My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, and management was just as dismissive and unprofessional. In an industry that is supposed to be built on hospitality, the lack of basic courtesy and compassion—especially toward guests traveling from other countries—is inexcusable. As a medical professional, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, and what I encountered here fell far below any reasonable standard. I reported a broken refrigerator twice, and it was never repaired. This level of neglect clearly shows a lack of accountability and concern for guests. From the poor service to unresolved maintenance issues, this hotel demonstrated a consistent pattern of disregard for its customers. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I would strongly caution others against staying here.

The room needs some maintenance, especially the bathroom. Breakfast is very good (need ti incl de with your stay). Staff are very friendly. Location is very good (close to metro, and easy to find taxi).

Very goof

Air Conditioning didn’t work either night.

The bed was super comfortable and we were given two great pillows per person. The best thing is that it will Centric with many eateries including a nearby food court. Next time we go to Barcelona will stay there again!

Excellent hotel with everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. The pool and roof terrace were ideal for relaxing with great views over the city.

Clean room, great location

The hotel room access and lift cards don’t work, so you have to keep going down. Air conditioning stops or slows down in the middle of the night. If you are expecting an elite hotel experience, you will be disappointed.
