The staff is what makes this hotel special. From the greeting and helpfulness of the front desk who went out of the way to help us to the kind server at the roof top restaurant, we felt very welcome and cared for at this hotel. We stayed because of the location across the street from the train station. It's a very busy area and we did not explore much as we were leaving in the morning.
