Nice people working. Nice location

Very enjoyable stay in a really good location: very close to the airport bus, to a couple metro stations and to Montjuic, and walking to the city centre is also very pleasant (though note it's not a short walk). Plenty of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes all around, so the area doesn't feel particularly touristy. The room was large and comfortable - great mattress! The only real downsides were no ventilation system in the bathroom, and the switches with the settings to control the lights, which are way too complicated (not possible to turn off each light individually, and it's unclear which group of lights each button controls - the button that said "bathroom" seemed the most straightforward, but in our room, it didn't work). Many thanks to the staff, who were very flexible with letting two people check in separately, and held our bags until the evening on check out day.

Easy walk to train station, exceptionally clean , easy check in. Surprised to see only tea offered in room with hot pot, no coffee. Quiet and comfortable. Lighting was a little wonky, took a bit to find better settings for night. Would definitely recommend

It's definitely not a 4* hotel! The size of the room is ok, though as many others have suggested, it needs refurbishment as things are starting to fall apart. For example, the shower floor is wooden deck and when you step on it, it sinks and feels like it's about to break any minute! I booked the room weeks ahead, and requested for a room on a higher floor. Guess what I got? A room on the first door, and of course that's the only room available in the entire hotel. The room was so dark and lacked natural night. Reception was under staffed. 1 person available at 3pm on a Saturday. There was only 1 person being served in front of us but we ended up waiting for 10 mins before we were checked in. By the time we were done, there were at least 5 other people queuing behind us. Breakfast was horrible. It's not a 4* hotel quality at all. The scrambled eggs were cold and solid. Looked like it was sitting there for a long time. I was so disappointed provided it got decent ratings. I travel to BCN regularly but definitely would not be staying at this hotel again.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. After meticulously following the long list of steps needed to use the in-room safe, which can only be accessed by using a credit card (no key pad options), the safe alarm started ringing. It was impossible to stop. The front desk suggested I follow the steps properly to make it stop. Which I had, numerous times already! I've never seen a more useless and absolutely ridiculous in-room safe and "security" features. The front desk asked us to wait until his colleague arrived and they would be able to help stop the in-room safe alarm. But after a long wait I had to ask for help once more. In fact, I asked to simply change my room, as the noise was annoying and grating. To which front desk said that it's not a valid reason to change room. When staff finally arrived to fix the issue and reset the safe, they pulled out the room key from the electrical socket so violently that it stopped working. The electrical system in the entire room was officially out of service. So now front desk is getting us a new room. Not because of the safe, but because the staff was so frantic and careless. To "appease" us, they said they would upgrade our room. And what an upgrade it was! It was the exact same room, minus the slippers that came included. Oh, and the broken and unusable fake Nespresso-type machine. After more than 12-hours of flight travel, the last thing I want to deal with when I arrive at my hotel is stupidity.

Excellent stay. Walking distance to the Arena mall, hop on hop off buses. Very comfortable bed, excellent service from all staff. Good breakfast.

Very convenient location, walking distance to Train station. Friendly staff! The room is clean with decent amount of space. Highly recommend! Will stay again.

Non working jacuzzi. The hallways to the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. The room air conditioning was too uncomfortable keep it on.
