Excellent location and wonderful staff. Difficult to find given the location and small streets. Parking is 2 minutes walking distance. Facilities are not new but well maintained

Location is absolutely fantastic. Neat and clean. Room had a nice view of the street. Staff was cordial and helpful.

Great location in the middle of the old city. Luckily good sound barriers since this is the busiest and noisest part of town, and I mean all night. Lovely room with the only complaint being poor air circulation so was way too hot .

Great Staff and Location. The room was clean-but very outdated. The panelling of the wood in the bathroom was moldy looking, the room had and hallways had a musty odor. They could benefit from a proper renovation-carpet removal in the hallway, removal of old materials) (rotten wood) or old furniture in the hallway. Other then that it was nice-

Location! Location!! the only good thing of this hotel. The AC is horrible and we could not sleep because it was hot. The room is very small and the bed is not even queen bed. The AC is the same for the hotel and can't be lower in your room.

The property has an excellent location, walking distant to the Plaza del Sol, La Gran Vía, Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. It’s a very busy area. Lots of restaurants and taps places. Lots of shopping. Near the Sol metro station. But the place is an old building that needs a lot of care. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, rooms don’t have good noise isolation, we can heard the noises in the upper room. Bathroom was clean but it was so dated that the shower seemed dirty. Carpets in all the building has water stain. Lot of dust in the stairs walls. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet with fresh vegetables, natural orange juice (fresh squeezed) Spanish tortilla, fresh and natural jams, coffee, a variety of non dairy milk , fresh fruits, hams, iberic hams and cheese. Excellent!
