Family of 4 staying for 4 nights. Only booked on a BB basis as using hotel for a base for the theme park and knew we would be out all day. Pros - Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with wide variety including fresh fruit. Rooms cleaned to a high standard and public areas also very clean. Beds comfortable. Cons - Walls in the room were paper thin, could hear every movement and conversation from next door. Air conditioning was terrible rooms were so hot. Only mirror was in the bathroom, makes getting ready with 4 people a pain. No pool towels are provided and having to pay for a hotel to store your luggage is not something I have had to do before in any hotel. Would return to use as a base again as price was very cheap for BB.

Breakfast time its to short less then 4p mins, even worse for someone thats used to eat so slowly.

Great location, easy check-in/check-out, spacious room, free transport to/from port-aventura. Room smelled really badly of tobacco smoke which wouldnt go after opening balcony doors for long time. Hotel was full so couldnt change room. Breakfast buffet was included in the room price but quality was poor and very limited options for veggie/vegan.

Great stay for a family of 4. The portavntura tickets being included made this a really good deal. We stayed B&B and were satisfied with the breakfast. Choices of cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurts, milkshakes, fresh fruit, pancakes and churros. Plenty to pick from. The pool area is basic but always got a sun lounger despite what time we headed out. There are no inflatables allowed in the pool but pool noodles are provided for younger children. A pool game of water basket at 15:00 every day. Did not use mini club but saw there was somewhere indoor with games, and a film on. Small park and artificial grassy area that kids play football on. Hotel provides a bus to portaventura world, we found this unrealiable. The first time we tried getting it, we arrived a few mins early but waited so long, and realised it must have left early. We then caught the next one but on leaving the parks we arrived in good time so not to miss the bus back to the hotel. We queued and waited a good 30 minutes, the bus then arrived and everybody piled on, resulting in it being full and my family had to then walk to a taxi rank and pay €15 to get back. Overall I would recommend the hotel. It was always clean in all areas. Happy with room conditions for the basic room, it was spacious. Our balcony was huge as we were on a corner room. The bed was made up, I don’t think sheets were changed every day though and towel provided every day but the last, which was odd as we still needed showers on the last day

The hotel was clean and the rooms simple but suitable for a short stay. The mini fridge was an excellent addition and the air con was effective and quiet at night. The staff were all friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The food was varied, plentiful and of a high quality. The location was perfect with just a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants/entertainment. I would happily return.

Disappointed that the swimming pool was not heated and was in fact colder than the sea. Also lots of cigarette ends on the floor where children and adults walked around sun the loungers. Air condition not available ? so needed to have patio door opened at night. On a positive note there was a good variety of food, staff were friendly and dealt with a minor issue ( failed light bulb ) quickly rooms were large and clean. Walking distance to shops and beach.

Comfortable bed,clean room.Short walk to the beach.Competitive prices in the hotel bar.Great selection for breakfast.Very good WiFi. I would stay again.

Not 4 star,not even close gave it the benefit of the doubt,should have took bad reviews at face value before booking, sun loungers were like lifeboats on the Titanic just not enough to go around...

We stayed all inclusive and the staff were more than willing to help and it was always service with a smile. 2nd time staying close to beach and bars would definitely stay again.

Good location for beach,town and portaventura. Some hotel staff are not very friendly at all and serve locals before tourists. Hotel needs a tidy up as there's allot of dirty walls and paint chipping off door frames, elevators are also troublesome as they don't always work correctly and don't come to the correct floor when called. Food is very bad quality and is the same every day. Not much entertainment for adults. Reception staff palm you off when you have problems, my clothes went missing from the room as was palmed off till we left being told different things everyday, to then find out my clothes would of been in the hotel laundry for 2 days before being sent to cleaners with bed lined etc so they could of looked for them but didn't.

The food choices in the hotel is fantastic would definitely recommend. The facilities are a let down nothing to do in the hotel only 1 pool. Could do with an upgrade on facilities. However the hotel is close to the beach and port aventura!

Staff were ever so helpful with my coeliac diet, very impressed

Had a fantastic time with the family, lots of activities for the kids and plenty of great entertainment. Overall great value for money.

Good food however only criticism would be lack of choice. Good reception staff. Great hotel for half board however I would not wish to stay all inclusive as hotel has only one bar and one restaurant. Perfect location.

Venus passer une nuit après une journée à PortAventura, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Hôtel pratique pour sa situation , propre, personnel accueillant , petit déjeuner copieux et varié, j'y retournerai probablement.
