Great value accommodation! Our apartment was a bit dated, but for what we paid it was excellent. Close to beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket.

There isn't anything l didn't like about it. I love it there and have stayed three times now. The staff are always nice and friendly especially suniaie ( not sure if l have spelt that right) the nice young lady on reception. It's close to everything. It's nice and clean it has everything you need. The pool is lovely.

For a budget apartment it was perfect. apartment was dated but very clean and pool/reception areas were spotless. All the staff were very lovely and friendly. Excellent location, would definitely go back.

This apartment is basic, slightly outdated however clean, central location and a beautiful sun deck with a gorgeous pool. You really can’t get a better location. The staff were friendly and the pool bar was reasonably priced with a happy hour 12-1 where drinks are 2-4-1. Overall I could not fault this apartment block for the price we paid.

Staff were really lovely, they helped us book a taxi when our shuttle service ever showed up. The room we stayed in had two single beds, it was a comfortable size bedroom and the actual hotel room had pleasant lounging spaces too. The hotel rooms are basic in the sense that it is nothing extraordinarily fancy or elaborate. Nonetheless, the hotel staff were lovey and kind, the pool area was great, cleanliness across the hotel was never an issue.

Dated apartments but very clean excellent location lovely staff linen changed 3 times during our 1 week stay and towels every 2 days lovely lady came around New Year’s Day with chocolates and card to wish us happy new year definitely recommend

Perfect location opposite one of the posher hotels , right on the main strip but just enough out the way to make it quiet at night. Only 5 mins to strip walking. Can see the beach from street. Would advise asking for street facing room if you have a car as makes it extra accessible will book again for convenience not comfort.

We booked for 6 nights and left after the 1st night, the room didn’t look anything like the photos, the sofa bed was a cabin bed with 2inches of foam, felt unsecure, we requested a refund through this website and the hotel isn’t playing ball and refusing to refund even though we’ve seen the room booked out by someone else, so they haven’t lost out. Staff were super friendly and the place was clean but the site is run down and needs looking after and updating to the 2020’s

Perfect for a cheap week in the sun, the apartments and pool area are tired and in need of renovation, however they are clean, the maids and staff are exceptional. It cost £235 for a weeks stay and it’s difficult to argue with it at that price.

This apartment has enough of the basics to keep you happy however it is a little dated. We never used much of the facilitties, but the pool was cleaned daily, maids came to tidy the room, bar was friendly, reception was friendly. Most advantageous is it is right in the heart of calete de fuste and has a few different areas to frequent within walking distance. Its about 10 minutes walk from the bus station which will give you links to the airport and other towns. For the price myself and friends all said it was great value for money and we would stay again out of season (as we didnt see any air con)when we come back to the island.

We had very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Puerto Caleta Hotel. The location was great on the main street near to the beach and all shops and restaurants around. Very close to the airport. Very friendly staff. Thank you.

We had a nice quiet apartment with a huge balcony which was good for sunbathing. The stairs made carrying large or heavy things a bit awkward but it didn.t cause any real problems. The local bars mostly shut around 01:00 but we could have a late drink on the balcony after that.
