Perfect location, good building, clean, all good

We had a pleasant stay. It was accessible to all near by attractions and lot of dining options.

Lovely apartment - location was excellent! We were there for one ight during holy week and the apt was right on the parade route- what a bonus!

Excellent location and good value. A bit lacking in ambiance, very bright lighting, bare walls and no basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper etc. Friendly staff.

Apartment was recently refurbished and very well fitted and clean. Great central location. Bed was comfortable. We booked very last minute so not much time to look. The apartment had an outdoor space but no view which we would look for next time

Amazing apartment in a great location. Apartment manager Manuel was so friendly and knowledgeable with his recommendations on what to see in Cadiz. Apartment was well thought out and everything you could need was included. We loved having the separate bedroom. It was so good we booked a second night. Having a laundry that ewe were able to use was a great bonus. Would love to come back one day.

Great location, newly renovated, friendly staff.

The apartment is nice and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable, but some pillows become flat. The place was well equiped and had extra towels. The laundry is used by housekeeping and the machines are left with loads in for the day. But there's a laundromat 8 min away. There is actually an elevator and it's nice that all apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floor, no groud floor. Very quiet inside, good soundproofing. Restaurants a few min away. Taxies can stop 1 minute away, as this is a pedestrian zone. Overall good stay, I recommend it.

Our ten day stay here was absolutely fantastic! Great location, close to EVERYTHING! The apartment is brand new. Very spacious, clean, quiet and safe. We had the larger unit with two bedrooms, two balconies facing San Francisco street. The beds are very comfortable, lots of NEW towels, extra blankets, AC/heat, very hot water, kitchen had a few supplies and all the necesities for cooking/eating in and great wifi connection. Washer/dryer access for a few euros. The staff are very pleasant and communication was excellent. Highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back for a month or longer as Cadiz is so relaxing, beautiful and friendly. Loved it here.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Appears to all have been recently refurbished and is in wonderful condition. Also a great location close to restaurants and other attractions in old town Cadiz.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at our Qe apartment. Great location, comfortable, and Valentin and his staff were absolutely the best. We had a car and Valentin gave us excellent suggestions for parking. We parked in the expensive garage, which was about a block away from the apartment, and unloaded our bags to the apartment. We then moved our car to the cheaper lot (24 euro vs. 8 euro per 24 hours) and walked back to the apartment which took about 10 minutes. Would stay here again when in Cadiz. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was in a perfect location close to the plaza, restaurants, bars, and cathedral. The interior of the building and apartment are really nice - looks like recently renovated and very clean and modern. Host was extremely nice and communicated with us several times. We would definitely stay here again!

Situación perfecta, miy cerca de estación de autobuses y tren. Y muy céntrico. Puedes recorrer todo Cádiz perfectamente. El apartamento perfecto para una pareja, y muy bien equipado. Nada que objetar. Bien aislado de posibles ruídos. Si vuel a Cádiz desde luego que vuelvo a reservar aqu8.

Appartement de 2 pièces entièrement refait à neuf, situé dans 1 immeuble également refait à neuf, très central, et facile d'accès. L'accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement se fait au moyen d'un code, ce qui est très pratique. La ruelle est plutôt calme et peu passante, donc peu voire pas de bruit. L'appartement est bien insonorisé. Salon avec kitchenette équipée, une grande télé, et une décoration moderne, peu chargée, efficace. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse, et la literie très confortable, avec un aménagement simple, fonctionnel et efficace. Les murs blancs sont umtoujours une valeur sûre. Salle de bain moderne, neuve avec miroir chauffant, une Vmc efficace, et une douche à l'italienne avec effet pluie. Le top. Cerise sur le gâteau : l'immeuble est équipée d'une petite laverie automatique, avec 1 machine à laver et 1 sèche linge. Prévoyez des pièces car les cartes ne sont pas acceptées. C'est hyper pratique et meilleur marché que dans les laveries de la ville. A 10 mn à pied il est possible de garer la voiture au parking Muelle Reina Sofía, pour 8 euros par jour. Pendant mon séjour ils ont fait une promo à 18 euros la semaine, avec entrées illimitées. Que vouloir de plus...?

Muy buena situación y muy limpio

Großartiges neu renoviertes Boutique-Apartmenthaus mit schönen geräumigen Apartments in der Altstadt von Cadiz. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, hervorragend zu erreichen und äußerst freundlichem Personal. Gerne wieder, besser geht’s nicht!

Um es mit einem Wort zusammenzufassen: es war fantastisch! Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr stilvolle, wohnliche und moderne Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher … klimatisierte Zimmer. Die historische Holzdecke wurde bei der Renovation des Gebäudes berücksichtigt, was den Räumlichkeiten Charme verleiht. Der freundliche Anbieter der Unterkunft (mehrfach persönlich getroffen) legt sehr großen Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit, damit keine Wünsche, die das Appartement betreffen, offen bleiben. Wenn es ein Anliegen gab (z.B. Küchentücher) wurde es umgehend besorgt. Im Appartement standen am ersten Tag frische Blumen und der Kühlschrank war mit verschiedenen Getränken aufgefüllt (Wasser, mit und ohne Kohlensäure, diverse Sodas, Bier und Rotwein). Es gibt Öl, Essig, und ein paar Gewürze. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal vor Ort, immer kurz Zeit für ein Gespräch und sie erkundigen sich, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ein motiviertes Team, das sicherlich auch wesentlich dazu beigetragen hat, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Das Bett war bequem. Es gibt genügend Handtücher, die auf Wunsch gewechselt werden. Ebenso die Bettwäsche. Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden. Und ich werde wiederkommen. :-)

Fantastica propiedad. Está a unos pasos del parking Hay tanta gente caminando con equipaje por el centro de Cadiz Si supieran que este apartamento esta a unos pasos de tpdo lo mekor de Cadiz y tiene todo, el administrador amable y espléndido el mobiliario nuevo, agua caliente todo el tiempo ascensor funcionando, perfecta insonorización a pesar de estar en el centro. Mi recomendación es: No hay mejor lugar que éste
