I think the hotel had recently had a refurb and it was good, the staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right on the edge of the old city so there were many pintxo bars and excellent restaurants and just across the river there was all the shopping anyone could want. I would definitely recommend it.

An excellent location for walking around, accessing public transport and enjoying dining options. Room is spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet for the location on a busy corner. Breakfast choices were great and well priced. Reception and breakfast staff were welcoming and service focused. An overall great experience and value for money.

Very convenient location near Metro and bus stops. Right at the edge of the old town and city plaza, perfect for an afternoon relaxing in the square. Also a 5 minute walk from Gran Via for shopping, and 15-20 minute walk to the Guggenheim.

Excellent hotel. Very quiet when you close the windows and great to see what is going on in the pedestrian areas when you open the windows. Bathroom is big!!! In the heart of the old town and literally half a block from the the Plaza Nueva where all the Pintxo bars are located and you can eat and have wine and people watch.

Very friendly receptionist and smart hotel offering ease of access to a vibrant part of Bilbao old town. There are shops, cafes and bars galore within easy walking distance from the front door. The walk along the Nervión river, just yards from the hotel, is an absolute must.
