The hotel is located on the beach with great amenities and the rooms have amazing views to the sea. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and offer a nice size balcony. It’s a great resort to spend holidays and to enjoy the beautiful sceneries around

This property was beautiful and the area was beautiful. We would definitely come back. We loved the view from our room. I would rate the property as a 5 star. The only things I would say that differs from most 5 stars we have stayed is your luggage being taken to your room for you. Really small detail but is a above and beyond service you expect from 5 star

A nice hotel maybe not the greatest location as it's located at the far end of Altea. Taxis took on average 20 to 30 minutes wait time's to and from the old city. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool area was nice except the 3 days of filming with drones flying over you and the film crew were annoying. Buffet for breakfast and dinner had a nice selection.

The stay was really good, super nice hotel, the bar are is lovely and the spa is probably on of the best in Costa Blanca. The only thing I would say was the standard double room, it was a bit dated, but still very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel , pool and gardens are spectacular…. Food excellent , Bedroom very comfortable and well appointed. Only small criticism, lack of staff in bar , and in restaurant, very disorganised…. But this didn’t spoil our enjoyment.

We have stayed in this hotel 5 times so obviously enjoy the facilities abd location. However this time checkout was very slow and I was in line for 20 minutes. I had to eventually ask a member of staff standing in the background to check me out, not good customer service. Express checkout or better training of staff would help.
